I orders 2 dolls nearly 3 weeks ago and still hVe not got yhem

Nearly 4 weeks and my doll hasn't arrived. Only thankful it's a Christmas present.

Not happy very disappointed in the way the company and courier have handled the missing dolls. Frankly the courier needs to fix the issue and the supplier should refund in full the money of missing foreverdolls. Not to say they are still in transit. This is why I as a customer have given my review. Don't get disappointed and buy something like this to not arrive in a timely manner. I paid cash and ordered 4 dolls for two of my Grandaughters and couldn't give them on their birthdays. So frankly anybody else think twice. Product was beautiful but very poor outcome for my experience. I will never order again for such lazy and useless communication on both parties. I'm one for helping and promoting small business. But when you receive nothing come on.

I was away from home when I purchased from Em at Forever Dolls. I asked if she would be able to hold my order (paid) and I would let her know when I was back home. Nothing was a problem - she said of course - the items arrived about 10
Days after I got back and are beautiful as always.

These dolls are absolutely beautiful. My granddaughter has McKenzie and nurtures her with love. I also purchased an outfit but it was out of stock. The team refunded it and most graciously popped another gorgeous outfit in when they didn't have too, nor did I expect it. I was in awe at their kindness. Not to mention when I had a question the were fast to respond. I felt they cared and it was the best experience. I would buy again and I do highly recommend these dolls to anybody that loves dolls. Thank you for such a great experience and showing so much kindness.
