The only reason I can't give 5 stars, is because I've not been using the product long enough to give a fair rating.

As for communication, advice, knowledge, it's a 5 all the way.

I have suffered with eczema on my hands on and off over the years. This time, it keeps flaring up due to constant use of hand gels and gloves with the type of work I currently do. The CBD balm was introduced to me by a close colleague who gave me small amount to try. I immediately felt the inflammation go down and take away the pain.

The service, from ordering the product to receiving the balm, was excellent and expedient. I definitely would recommend it to everyone
