The product is great but I spent a lot to order the number of max offer but I didn’t receive it and jo one would reply to my emails. No phone number to contact. Very poor customer service if there is any.

The ease of ordering and prompt delivery was very good. I have 1970s overplucked eyebrows.They never grew back. I have just started using this product so can't give an opinion on the effectiveness just yet,but I have noticed that the hairs are a little darker after two weeks use. That's quiet positive.

I don’t know who has written these reviews, but for me, my eyelashes are worse now than before. Not longer or fuller, but shorter and sparser. I had used a different product before Forever Lash and it worked well. Unfortunately, it was sold out, so I tried your product. I may as well have put nothing on my lashes because they are back to what they were before I used the good product.

I am in my 70s and my lashes had become very "skimpy" with age. I have tried several lash growth products and Forever Lash works the best for me. Lash products require patience as results take about 4-6 weeks. This product has worked so well that I have been asked if I wear false lashes because my lashes are so long and thick! I don't ever want to go back to skimpy lashes!

This did nothing for me. I reached out to get my "100 guarantee money back" promise only to be told that they would need a photo of the first day I began the serum (time stamped) and another photo upon completion (also time stamped.) I can't go back in time to get the time stamped first day photo. Just another thing I've purchased online by mistake.

I purchased the eye serum, used it for over 30 days. I really did not like the serum, its greasy and to keep it away from the eye ball is difficult but did continue to use the product. It did not come with any instructions, located a short video, and I was using it accordingly. I decided to return the serum for the 100% satisfaction guarantee refund as they advertise. I would not have purchased this product without that guarantee because its not from a known store etc. I was told in an email " we do have a 60 day-promise to process your claim please send us the following photos: Take a photo of your eyelashes/eybrows on the day of your 1st application with a time stamp. -complete 30 days of consecutive application and take a picture with a timestamp. -Complete 60 days of consecutive application and take a picture with a timestamp. Once they have the timestamped photos they will process my refund. I concluded : I did not want to continue using the greasy product on my eyes, it was a problem, eye lashes have natural growth and they would see that and not refund me and I would not send them a photo of me and my lashes. Their guarantee is based on their satisfaction not the customers. The product has ingredients on the box that was not advertised as well. I'm at a lost of $100 because I will not do the photos or continue to use a product that was greasy to my eyes during the night, and did not see a difference in my lashes after 30 days of use. How long I used the product is not the point, the 100 percent satisfaction is and I was not. Any business who can change their status on a refund and ask you to continue using a product you do not want to use for whatever reason is a red flag. I would not recommend this product or company.

Eyelash and Eyebrow serums really work! I have much longer and stronger eyelashes, and my sparse eyebrows are now growing in thicker. Would definitely recommend!

I purchased 3 sets of brow/lash serum and the serum was not compatible with my sensitive eyes so I emailed company for return instructions. They sent several emails on "how to apply" instructions stating that it was most likely that I was not using it as directed. Funny, right! They finally sent me return instructions and I was directed to keep the opened lash and brow serum but to return the other 2 sets that were unopened. Well, I did receive a partial refund a few days later. I paid $158 and was refunded $74. Therefore do not believe their 60-Day Money Back Guarantee and 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Also, notice there is a lack of any negative reviews on their website! That should be an immediate red flag so what a great learning curve for me!

The serum did not work at all for me. When I tried to get my money back (they guarantee the product) I could not. In order to get your money back you must use the product for 30 consecutive days and have a time stamped picture of your lashes every one of those days. That is a ridiculous policy! They may say that they guarantee their product, but that's misleading as it is nearly impossible to meet their requirements. All they said to me is that that I agreed to the policy when I bought the product. The bottom line ... they do NOT stand behind their product.

I bought for my girlfriend to have her some confidence a set of the serums the company forever sells for eyelashes and eyebrows, after use for about three months was a minimum almost not result. When we contacted the company to request the reimbursement, they responded was a 60 days policy return. We checked and almost all the companies sell this kind of products give 90’day policy return. Wonder they know their product won’t work because is supposed to use for a while , for the time people realize is a waste of Money , the return policy would expire. It’s not just a bad product with very poor results but also is tricky the way they sell. Safe your money and buy any other product .

So far I love it!!! My lashes have grown. It’s hard to see them without mascara because they are blonde. But when I use mascara, they are almost to my eyebrows. 💕💕

I purchased one tube almost 60 days ago. My lashes have experienced no change and I put it on once each day following the instructions. I contacted support to learn how to send back their product and get a refund. Rather than tell me how to do that they asked me how often and where did I apply the serum and that I should send them before and after pictures. What? This is not stipulated on the website and how many people are prepared to do that. I am not happy with this...

because i believed the marketing, i bot 3 containers of forever brow....after using one container and part of another, not growing ONE more hair. i contacted the company about a return and refund for the unused portion. i contacted them a few days after their 60 return policy. they asked for a pic of my eyebrows....i said if it worked, i'd be ordering more, not returning....AND, i was waiting for something to happen, which it didn't...so missed the 60 days. not only is it a shoddy product, the company could care less about how they follow thru on marketing. if you're over 50....DO NOT BUY!

I'M OBSESSED! All of you spending a lot of money with microblading should try Forever Brow serum ASAP! I've been using it for a few weeks now and I can already see a difference.
