The company charges the $150 fee immediately before asking about anything. Later they provide you with a copy/paste one-page letter head which doesn't describe the condition you need the exemption for. The doc isnt based in your state and even still has the California business name, and address. When asked about this, they don't reply. I would not order from this business, its basically a scam.

This is not a legitimate business. I bought this note thinking it would provide legal coverage. Unfortunately, I’m someone who was actually pulled over in the state of TX and this company does not provide a legally compliant service.

After leaving a review, I did have a member of the company offer to refund my money. I did not receive that refund. In totality, I received a fake note and Elliot, a company representative lied to me about the refund and/or willingness to modify the note. Definitely found an enemy in me.

I've been satisfied with the service never had a issue. Price is good for the yearly renewal. Got pulled over for tent before and my forevertent permit was used to avoid a tent ticket.

When working with Forevertint, they were smooth and the process was easy. I was able to get my forms approved from the DMV.

The certificate is only valid for 1 year ... so this requires a yearly renewal - gets expensive quickly!!!

Perhaps this was somewhere in the fine print - but I didn't see it. At some point I'll find out if the certificate actually works when presented.

I needed to get window tints for my sensitive eyes that tend to blur with intense sunlight. Forevertint made the process easy to get my medical tint exemption!

I contacted ForeverTint.com a few years ago for a tint exemption for New York. I paid their fee, and they provided me with a form to send to the NY DMV. However, the DMV denied it because they stated they do not work with this specific doctor and that I needed to find another one. When I brought this denial to the company, they failed to provide an alternative doctor and told me the fee was non-refundable. Naturally, I left a 1-star review.
​About a year later, I was contacted by someone claiming to be new management. They promised to resolve my issue if I deleted my negative review. Trusting them, I deleted it. They sent me a new form, which I submitted to the DMV, but it was DENIED AGAIN. The DMV stated that the doctor's certificate was expired. When I informed ForeverTint, they promised to get a new certificate but never did.
​To make matters worse, I completely lost all trust in this company when I noticed they removed the customer service phone number from their website. They used to have a phone number you could actually call, but now they only offer email communication—which they completely ignore.
​After multiple follow-ups, they finally promised to issue a full refund to my original payment method. But guess what? As soon as I started asking for updates on the refund, they stopped responding to my emails entirely.
​If you are in New York, DO NOT buy from them. You will not get approved, they will not fix their mistakes, and they will keep your money. I have full email proof of our entire conversation if anyone needs to see it. Stay away!
