They will take your money, and happily send what they've got, but I've been waiting 3 months for a pair of trousers that they've had available for purchase on their website for the entire duration of those 3 months.
"Seel" who provided customer support might as well have a webpage that says "Feck off" because I was told they have no way of contacting ForgeUrban to altert them to missing items.

Es ist kein Fake Shop. Aber es könnte besser sein.
Ich habe für unsere Fotoshootings am 15.10.2025 eine Testbestellung gemacht. Einen Bib-Overall und eine wasserresistente Ripstock Orange Multi-Pocket Hose bestellt, der Overall kam relativ zügig, aber die Hose hat mehrere Monate (!) gebraucht. Sie kam am 02.01.2026 an.
Die Qualität ist bei der Latzhose wie erwartet und bei der Hose sogar besser als erwartet.
Als Grund für die Verzögerung wurden auf mehrfache Nachfrage Lieferengpässe und Nachproduktion genannt. Da es so lange dauerte, befürchtete ich zunächst auch, auf einen Fake Shop hereingefallen zu sein. Da mir die Sachen grundsätzlich gefallen, werde ich weitere Artikel bestellen - aber vorher nachfragen, ob die Ware auch tatsächlich lieferbar ist.

I too had the same experience. I placed my order, never received a receipt from the merchant only PayPal, and received a tracking number after contacting their chat support for one item that apparently shipped after 30 days. I never received the item. I reached out over and over during the past two months since placing my order. I was told everything was on back order with no definitive availability date. I requested cancellation and refund. I also filed a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. We shall see…

This website is a total scam.

Update 1/21/26
PayPal reversed the credit applied to my account after filing the dispute. They said that the merchant provided them the tracking number (which included all items in the order) for the shipped item and said it was delivered though it was never received. Remember when I said that I cancelled the order and requested a refund with this merchant? Well clearly that was lip service as they disputed my dispute with PayPal to keep my money. I have filed another dispute with PayPal and I have also filed a Fraud complaint with the FTC for further investigation.

It’s a scam. They take your money, hope you forget and don’t ship. They string you along hoping you won’t cancel until it’s too late

I ordered 3 items and got delivered just 1 after 30 days. Its now 3 months later and still no delivery. They let you pay without having the items in stock. I asked for a refund and now im waiting to see how long it takes to receive my money.

Seems like a fake website. They cut my money but never sent me an email with the order id. When I speak to them they give me an order number that doesn’t show up anywhere.
Fully dubious. Been 15 days and no sign of my order
