Hers is a women's health company. Women's health has been under-researched, under-explained and too often dismissed — so we built a service that starts by taking women seriously. Our clinical team specialises in women's health: gynaecologists, NHS GPs, dietitians and nutritionists who understand how hormones, weight, sleep and energy connect, and who see these conditions every day. We offer online care pathways for weight loss, hair loss, PMOS (formerly PCOS), endometriosis, and perimenopause and menopause. Everything begins with an online consultation, whenever suits you — no referral, no waiting room. A UK-registered clinician reviews your health history and, where treatment is clinically appropriate, personalises a plan around you. Any treatment is delivered to your door in discreet packaging, and your care team stays with you throughout, with ongoing support and progress tracking in the Hers app. We won't promise a quick fix. What we will do is look at the whole picture, explain what's happening in your body, and build your care around it — because these things rarely have a single cause. Treatment is subject to an online consultation and is only provided where clinically appropriate.

Great experience so far
Super fast in signing up and receiving my medication the next day. Also got a care pack with the medication which I thought was a lovely touch. Looking forward to see how it goes with the app and support when starting the medication.

I am very pleased with hers so far
I am very pleased with hers so far, they have been extremely helpful with all of my questions regarding the wegovy jab. There’s so much support from the whole team. Started at 0.25mg and i have lost weight so it definitely works. All the way they are there for you to support you and the app and the ai bot make it feel like I’m not alone on my weight loss journey.

I feel so much healthier now. I can’t believe I was worried about the risks of this, whilst ignoring the risk of eating greasy foods. Onto my second week on mounjaro and no evidence of negative side affects.

I signed up with Hers Care+ and honestly, it’s been smooth sailing from the start. Fiona has been incredibly supportive and encouraging throughout the process. I’ve also really appreciated being part of a community where everyone is friendly, supportive, and easy to talk to. My first conversations with Fiona and Jordan were great. They took the time to get to know me and offered practical advice on meals and lifestyle changes without making me feel pressured in any way. It felt very personalised and approachable. What stands out about Care+ is the extra level of support they provide. Things like multivitamins, a weighing scale, and blood tests later on in the programme show that they genuinely care about looking after you throughout your journey, not just at the beginning. It really lives up to the "Care+" name.
One thing, I would say could improve would be making it clear exactly what is to expect in the initial package.
Overall, I've had a really positive experience so far and would definitely recommend Hers and to sign up with Care+ to anyone looking for support with their health and wellbeing goals. 😊

I have had an excellent experience with Hers UK. The personalised care so far has been outstanding, with recommendations and advice tailored to my individual needs rather than a 'one size fits all' approach.
The team, in particular Khizrah, has been responsive, professional, and quick to answer the minor questions I've had prior to commencing the treatment. Great personal connection
What I appreciate most about this company is that they genuinely treat you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. As a woman, life can be a constant balancing act between work, family responsibilities, stress, and all the changes that come with different stages of life. It was refreshing to find a service that takes all of that into account rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach.
