Wouldn't entertain using them again. Told there would be someone at the airport to meet us. No one there. Had to make phone calls to find out where we had to go to catch the bus to Aachen. Gave us to believe we were staying in a particular hotel in Aachen which we found out was not the case at check in. Told there would be a representative at the hotel to assist. There wasn't. Had to drag our bags about 400 yards up hill to a much smaller hotel which did not even serve breakfasts! Had to walk about a mile down and up Eau Rouge at the track on the Saturday because they did not use a car park closer to our grandstand seats and didn't tell us what we were in for! On the Friday the bus from Aachen to Spa became lost due to incorrect instructions by tour guide. Spent about 30 minutes longer on the coach than we should have. Had to threaten them with legal proceedings before they would make a small refund of costs due to putting us in an inferior hotel. They have paid. We are in our 70s and had to withstand a stressful and physically demanding ordeal over the week end which should not have been the case. Generally poor organisation throughout. Never again!

Good hotel in central Milan, no problem with transfer from airport to hotel or hotel to monza circuit on both days.
Quite a long walk in the heat to and from the circuit to the buses.
Transfer back to the airport didn’t turn up and the local guy who I was instructed to call insisted that we were on a much later flight , which we absolutely weren’t.
Eventually contacted the formula escapes guys(who were at the airport checking in for their own flights)who said get a taxi and they would reimburse us.
This was very stressful and it was lucky that our flight was delayed an hour or we would have missed it.
Maybe it would have been an idea for one of the FE guys to be on call for such issues, and not all booked on a flight until all their guests had departed.

From booking with Formula Escapes, flights, hotel and circuit, everything was arranged we didn't really have to do anything except turn up. A few hiccups being a new circuit and a boring race. This was our first ever race, Formula Escapes team made it easy for us, very friendly and helpful. Our seats were fab, so close to the track. Thank you Flo, Julieta and Dan. We will definitely see you again

We have used Formula Escapes many times over the last four years and pretty much know the team. We were due to fly out of Gatwick last week (September 2026) for the Madrid GP.
Once through security it became apparent that Easyjet had cancelled the flight. We were told to "book another flight on the app", only problem was the whole flight's passengers were trying to do the same and pretty quickly there were no seats on any flight out of Gatwick or Heathrow for two days. Easyjet were totally hopeless and all they wanted was to usher us out of the terminal. In desperation we called Chris and Dan who were brilliant. Within a half hour we were booked on a flight out of Bristol to Barcelona and a fast train from Barcelona to Madrid, brilliant service above and beyond. Oh, also we had a great time in Madrid and at the GP. Formula Escapes, highly recommended.

This is the BEST f1 company by far ! So we'll organised and attentive ! Well worth the money !

Another great trip with Formula Escapes, Although the Madring may have not been the best for overtaking action, the facilities at the track were superb. The view from the stand was great, the hotel was amazing, right in the centre of Madrid, and the transfers to and from the track, and the airport were seamless.

From initial enquiries, through to the race weekend, all transfers from airport and hotel to track were well organised,all staff very helpful and always available.
Would highly recommend them for F1 packages and certainly would use them again.

I visited the Madrid Gp with my 2 sons with Formula Escapes. There on site representives where first class with pick ups to and from the airport and from the hotel to to the track. They where very friendly and each day updated us of what was happening at the track with formulas F1,2and 3 and on returning we had a casual debrief. Our hotel and location was great with a short walk to the city centre in a beautiful area close to El Retiro park.

Many thanks to Dan,Chris, Julieta for all their help ensuring things ran smoothly. I certainly will be travelling with them again in the near future.

*this being my first booking I was apprehensive using a company I was not familiar with but I completely recommend Formula Escapes for your racing break.
I went to Madring weekend with my son and all arrangements were seamless which included airport transfers, track transfers, hotels and flights.
We had a great weekend at the track, thank you to the team

Second time travelling with Formula Escapes and first time travelling with a full family of five!
Booking process for this years Italian Grand Prix was again straight forward with any queries such as Friday transfers to Monza circuit dealt with well in advance of travel date.
Again communication during the grand prix weekend and before the grand prix weekend was excellent via WhatsApp group chats and Google Meet which also included important messages such as concerning large delays at Passport control at Malpensa airport.
During the trip Formula Escapes staff were friendly and professional and did a good job of looking after a large group of people with hotel location in Milan offering easy access to the train station and surrounding restaurants.
The weather was unusually hot for the time of year, advice issued to keep hydrated, seek shade with fan provided to try and keep cool as opposed to a poncho at last years trip to Spa!

It was my first time travelling with formula escapes although my husband had travelled with them before.
The service was excellent. Lots of information before our trip. We were met at the airport and everything ran like a dream.
Nick, our representative, was very helpful.
I really would recommend using formula escapes and we will be booking again with them

Great trip, extremely well organised and besides getting to the pick up points, we didn’t have to worry about anything. All of the Formula Escapes team were so helpful and brought the fun energy, and I would love to rebook with them!

You need to get coaches to the track ealier. On the Saturday we missed f3 sprint race, historic f1 cars and the press conference as we didn't get round to our seats till 11:30am. Coaches should start to leave from 6:30am to make sure they are at the track in good time.
We did questioned a member of the team about what time we would set off and arrive on the Sunday as we didn't want to miss anything he didn't seem to care we missed some of the Saturdays action. Just said it was the nature of the beast and probably just better to get a taxi. Now I don't believe there is anywhere that says you won't be at the track in time to see the start of the days first action? Because of this we paid for a taxi to get us to the track on the Sunday to make sure we saw all the track action. Also I feel not including transfers on the Friday is a con. We paid for 3 day access so I would expect to have transfers for the full 3 days and have to pay for this as an extra.
Pros were the transfers to and from the airport were great. Hotel was in a very good location for food but the hotel was abit tired. It was clean though and staff were very friendly.
Sadly based on my experience I wouldn't use you again or recommend you to others

Excellent service from the most experienced company. From my enquiry with Nick to booking was so easy, trips can be personalised to your needs/request.
We attended the Dutch race and it was amazing, flights from our local airport, transfers, hotel and race weekend train tickets all included. A WhatsApp group was set up and we were given lots of really helpful info and you can contact your formula escape hosts anytime and they get back to you immediately. We had a lovely welcome meeting met the team and given details on guided route to the track. The hotel was superb and in great location.
Dan, Chris, Rachel and Julietta were so informative and friendly they made our weekend perfect.
This was our 3rd trip with formula escapes and will definitely book again

Just returned from Zandvoort, amazing as usual, cannot fault formula escapes, from the initial booking to the race itself, you are constantly updated on everything. It’s the 4th time I have used this company, having previously done Singapore, Monza & Silverstone, honestly cannot fault them, 100% recommend them, would never use any other company.

First time going to the F1. What a great weekend. Really organised and easy to do.

Incredible race weekend in Budapest. They really looked after us, great hotels. Seats fantastic. And the staff were lovely.
Can't wait for a race next year with Formula escapes...

Firstly I’d just like to say although the issue we encountered was not directly formula escapes problem, the 3rd party company they use has made this problem. We booked a 5 day 4 night stay in a (4* star hotel as the advert) with tickets to a 3 day race weekend at the Belgium GP. Everything under one package for 5 of us at just over 7 thousand pound. Now first things first we had one of the best experiences ever while attending the race weekend. An unbelievable experience. Sadly there was a massive downside unbeknown to us and anyone at formula escapes. Everything started so well. A day and half travelling to Aachen Germany where we were staying. Our coach dropped us off at the hotel we thought and believed we were staying at, only to find out at check in that there was no rooms available under our names or formula escapes. Beds online the company formula escapes use to book rooms had double booked our rooms out and moved us to another hotel. Every email up till about 7 days before we travelled had us to check in at this 4star hotel. Even the reps on site had us down to book into this hotel. So after 2 hours of waiting around we found out we had no other choice but to head another 15 minutes down the road to a 3* B&B that we had supposedly been moved to. Now this wouldn’t have been much of an issue if this was the like for like 4* hotel as mentioned in the advertisement we booked under. But unfortunately it wasn’t. We had gone from a hotel that had a bar, restaurant, gymnasium etc etc to one that had none of the above let alone a kettle or iron in the tiny rooms we were crammed into. The reps that looked after us were very apologetic, and after a few beers that they brought us said after the trip
Was done they would reimburse the difference between hotel and B&B. Again we enjoyed every minute at the tack, but dreaded the hour long travel back to a B&B that had nothing to offer us. We had to
Literally get off the coach and stay out to eat and drink, not really ideal after a very long day of travelling to and from a race track. It would have been nice to get back freshen up and see what Germany had to offer, Roll forward 2 weeks after our trip and all we were refunded was £100 between 5 people, we find this an insult as we clearly brought and paid for a 4* hotel and ended up in a 3* B&B.
I suggest you do your research into any company that offer these types of packages as there are plenty out there.

This was my 4th trip with Formula Escapes and once again we were looked after 100%. This year we did a 5 night Hungarian GP which gave us pleanty of time to sightsee. Days at the GP were excellent and the seats we booked at turn 1 did not disappoint.
