My boy loves his Forthglade, and he enjoys all the varieties I have bought him.

Unfortunately the product I normally purchase is out of stock these things happen but I received messages saying my order was complete subscription taken from my account and then a message from the courier stating they were waiting for my parcel on the 4 day after the messages I contacted Laughing Dog and was told the product I have on subscription was out of stock and they were hoping to have stocks beginning of next week. This leaves me with 3 Labradors to feed without the product, so have had to go and an alternative which is not ideal as I try to keep them on a settled feed so as not to upset stomachs. I still can’t see the refund of my subscription in on my baa ad ok statement.

The puppy pack was ideal and I will certainly order more of the dry and cold pressed food. It all suits my 3 month old puppy so well. ( The charity provided us with some when we adopted her… generously provided by Forthglade, Im sure. )

Great food that my dog loves

My dog likes Forthglade and in general she’s good on it. Sadly the delivery wasn’t so good. Half was delivered one day ( left on the doorstep despite stating that it would have to be received by someone) the second part came some days later. There was no indication why it wasn’t delivered all together.

Easy to order and my dog enjoys the food. Not tried the salmon oil yet but I anticipate it being a success.

We only give her Forthglade at mealtimes now having previously given dry biscuits and meat, which invariably she left,

My dogs love it ,and it’s settled their sensitive tummy

I mixed it up and got my pooch some biscuits, chicken necks and night time calm chews, as well as his usual meats. He has loved them all. He really enjoys a night time snack and I dont know why I never thought of evening calming snacks. Hes only had them for a few nights but already seems more relaxed in the evenings. I love the idea of organic locally sourced foods for my dog. Its worth the price and he seems happier for it. My only gripe is the amount of cardboard but when everything is so heavy, I guess there's no other way to transport it.

Forthglade normally get 5 stars from me but on this occasion it is only 2! Nothing wrong with the product but the ordering experience was terrible. I realised I had ordered the wrong product - absolutely no idea how as I hadn't even looked at the product on the order. No problem I will ring them and change it. If only it was so simple! No phone number, contact form doesn't have a way to contact anyone, I googled and found an email which I messaged but immediately got back a message that this email is no longer monitored! Thankfully that was a lie as a few minutes later I did get a reply and thankfully the order was corrected. I hope this is a one off and contact with real humans can be reinstated or else I will need to find another dog food supplier
