Great support and quick responses.

Excellent facilitator in Richard, who was clear in his instruction and always available either in person, via email or video call to clarify questions, give encouragement and provide feedback on progress, making the whole process a lot less daunting and allowing learners to lean into their strengths

It is a great learning experience with Fortress learning. Jane is a fabulous TAE trainer and assessor. She is very friendly and approachable. Her suggestions and recommendations greatly improved my understanding of the RPL assessment requirements, especially for the evidence. that is the reason why I can complete my RPL process quickly for my qualification. I did self-guided study at home. All the information was up online and easy to understand. The trainers were accessible, responsive and easy to contact. There was a quick turnaround time on assessment marking. My trainer, Richard, was encouraging, understanding and helpful.
