My name is terry Tillmon at 4993 w. Margaret st. Monee il. I ordered a package on February 6, 2025 and have not received it yet. For tender claimed they delivered it , but there is no proof.( no photo , no signature). I would like to have a refund or my package. Thank you

Work customer service i have ever dealt with

But they would not let me exchange the items
I tried to correct my order before it was shipped but they wouldn't help
A week of back and forth emails and still no resolution
Do not buy from them

It doubles as a flea and tear stain removal tool, which is a plus. this tool is really helpful and a good value for money. The tear stain remover also worked well, showing visible results. Our pet's fur is now smooth and free from fleas. Decent, practical, simple use.

they tell you to keep items that you want to return....
BAD return policy... now i'm stuck with this piece of crap product!

ordered a cat harness using the sizing chart they provided. It was too big as the cat could get out of it. I asked for an exchange. They insisted that I show them a barcode from the packaging I had discarded. Would not exchange or refund.

Ordered an item advertised as stained glass. Received the item, it's made of acrylic. I reached out to customer service stating I wanted to return the item and get a refund. They requested pictures of the item. I sent them in. They said thanks for the pics, yep, that's the item you ordered, thanks for confirming it...and nothing else. I've had no one tell me how to go about returning the item and getting my money back DESPITE asking them at every opportunity and DESPITE what their website states. They take your money, give you a crap product, and then lead you on a goose chase trying to get your money back. Absolute trash item and trash company.

I ordered from them on November 30th never received my stuff. Have been emailing back and forth with them giving the same story and getting caught in their own lies. I’ve reported them and hopefully something gets done. Awful awful people

Worst experience. Received a product broken. Asked for a replacement or refunding and they say they can’t verify where it happened so not interested in helping me. Do not buy from this vendor!
