Amazing!! I was worried about when my package was going to come in and they not only assured me a make sure to send me my confirmation number immediately. They are quick to respond to emails and Mae sure there costumers are satisfied.

Absolutely blown away with the amount of support I had exchanging a dress over. I emailed to ask if I could and they stated they don’t do exchanges but offered me an alternative to return the dress and buy the bigger size, I had a lady named Abi or Abigail and she was truly amazing! Responded to all my emails instantly, made sure my return label was done right away, it’s truly amazing how calm and relaxed I felt trying to get the right size as a lot of other brands and companies takes days or even no response. The dress I ordered came a little damaged and I messaged customer service right away. They immediately responded and made it right. They had a return label and new dress on the way to me in no time!!!!

Fortunate One customer service is top tier. Abigail was amazing at her speedy replies and ability to correct any issues.
