It's the very first time I use Forward Parcel and I was very skeptical. I decided to give it a go nonetheless and a few days later I received the item I was trying to purchase in India. Everything went supee smoothly, communication was extremely good and clear, and the delivery from India to the UK was very fast too. I would definitely use again and I highly recommend it.

Their consolidation is very bad. they dont pay attention to detail when consolidating. All my costly sarees were crumbled during consolidation packing as they removed original covers and stuffed as if they are stuffing junk into the box even after charging additional amount for consolidation.

Found a discontinued item that was only available in India and after some googling found this company, didn't know what to expect but decided to take a risk and it was totally worth it! Very fast to update your details everything is automated and easy to complete. They updated the details the same day the parcel arrived to their warehouse and shipped it out soon after I paid through their portal. It took about 4 days to get here via DHL. Highly recommend!

there are a lot of hidden costs. you can add more than 30percent from what actually is shown in the shipping cost calculator. for me they are shown in the calculator 45000 for 70kgs and when invoicing generated its showing 54000/-. wait for a big hit when I try to pay the invoice it's showing 72000/-.so please beware of the hidden costs. better go with India post. cheap and reliable. I learned a lesson. maybe it helps someone who is in the same boat.

Fast and everything ok. I think it's not expensive

Wasn't sure what to expect, but was a great service.

There was a book I could only find in India and no seller posted outside of India (shipping to Ireland). Found this service on Google. Simple and free to register which gave me a virtual address in India. Used that address to purchase off amazon.in.

ForwardParcel processed same day item was received and emailed to advise item had arrived and provided photos of exterior packaging as well as opening package and taking photos of the item unpackaged (so you have option to return to sender if damaged).

They hold for up to 30 days so you have option to combine forward postage with multiple items to save cost.

I was only purchasing the 1 item so requested it was sent then. Next day they sent price to redirect to Ireland using a courier service (DHL). Cost was 2500 INR. A little higher than the estimated calculation was, but fine. Book weighed 0.9kg , relatively thick book, book cost itself from amazon.in was about 400 INR.

Payment options were Visa, Mastercard. Some other cards accepted and many online payment options (none I had heard of). Unfortunately PayPal wasn't an option so had to use Visa.

Item shipped within 1-2 working days. Had tracking all the way with DHL, and arrived in Ireland about 3 days after shipping, very well packaged. No additional costs incurred.

Sevice perhaps a little expensive, but for global shipping / redirection and for the level of service, tracking/ photos- the cost is justified.
