I would stay away. No communication when asking for a refund. Parcel returned from overseas in February and still no refund. I will be taking this to the ombudsman as they have money that I am owed and can see that the parcel has been returned. As per tracking information the return was carried out 25/2, It was on way 12/3 and admitted origin 15/3. No efforts have been made to follow up with the postal service and my last email wasn't replied to. I returned the parcel as I didn't want to pay clearance checks, I didn't have to pay for the parcel to be returned as per confirmation from customs. I have no control over the return as it was never in my possession. The reply just shows that this company are not willing to compromise and just offer a refund. I've not received the goods I paid for, simple. Great customer service don't you think!

Let me clarify this one final time, because your repeated accusations are not only misleading but also unfair.
You chose to return the parcel from overseas, and according to the tracking, it was never delivered back to us. The last status shows “admitted at origin” — that does not mean we received it. It simply means it was accepted by the postal service at your side. There is zero proof of delivery to our return address.
You also refused to pay the customs fees required for the return to go through. That is not our responsibility — once a return is sent, it is the sender’s duty to follow through and ensure it arrives. It is not our job to track and manage your return parcel on your behalf, especially when it never reaches us.
We’ve made every effort to communicate with you and explain this situation. We’ve responded to all of your messages (except the very last one, which came just days ago).
We understand your frustration, but it’s simply wrong to say that we “have your money.” You chose not to clear the parcel through customs, and it has never arrived at our warehouse — so we have nothing to refund.
We are a small business and have done everything reasonably possible to assist you. Continuing to misrepresent the facts in a public review doesn’t change the reality of the tracking history, and it certainly doesn’t help resolve the issue.
