I ordered a trike for my little ones birthday. Used it a few times and the handle was misplaced. Contacted them and they ordered me a handle that I paid for. I am so happy I was able to get a replacement part. It was super quick and my girl loves her trike.

Ordered The Beautiful Qubi Car Seat Stroller In Pink 🩷 The Delivery Was Next Day Ordered around midday and arrived between 9-10 am the next morning was so quick was kept updated throughout i was so worried and aprihensive because of the amazing price and being exactly everything i wanted i was worried it was a scam or wasnt going to be good quality BUT i had nothing to worry about the car aeat stroller is beautiful way better than the doona everything included in the 7 piece bundle unlike the doona you have to buy all seperates i would say it knocks spots off of the doona has a shopping basket looks folds so compact and looks way more exspensive than the doona but is actually way cheaper im so happy i purchaced this and will recomend to any exspecting parent or parents this is my 4th baby and i know exactly what is needed and useful in a good quality stroller and this car seat stroller has it all 🩷 Thankyou so much Your Little One Cant Wait To Put My Baby Girl In This Beautiful Car Seat Stroller 🩷

I ordered a moses basket, very good quality, came with the stand included. Very simple to put together. Was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and was kept updated on delivery. I'm very happy with the service I received and would definitely buy from them again.

Never using this company again horrendous customer service, I’ve asked to return a cheap and useless parasol for a Joie pram that arrived broken tried putting the bit back together but very poorly made so asked to return it as it also doesn’t fit on the pram even though they claim it does and was told that they will be charging me £10 to restock it as if that’s going to cost them anything so all I will receive back is £3! Absolutely disgusting service won’t use again and will warn others to do the same

I ordered 2 car seat on next day delivery and 1 didn't arrive i was told to wait until the end of the day and the following I got no response from them so the day affter that, I threatened reporting fraud and got a quick response and resolution. It maybe cheaper but not a retailer id use again due to poor service

I wasn’t happy with the quality of the items that I ordered. I didn’t read the returns policy before ordering which I now regret because unlike other company’s that give you a 30 day returns full refund , this company charges £10 to return a item for so called admin and delisting. NOT HAPPY.

I ORDERED A BABY GATE TO KEEP MY SMALL DOG INSIDE WHEN I GET DELIVERIES. GREAT FOUND 1 THAT WASN'T TOO EXPENSIVE ON THEIR WEB SITE. MY DELIVERY WENT WALK ABOUT AFTER EVRI DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I CONTACTED THIS BABY COMPANY AND THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING AS FAR AS A REPLACEMENT GOES AS THEY HAVE PHOTOS OF MY HOUSE, WHICH IS NOT MY HOUSE! I SENT THEM PHOTOS OF MY HOUSE DIFFERENT COLOR ETC STILL THEY ARE BASICALLY SAYING I AM LYING. UNLESS THEY USE A DIFFERENT COURIER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM. I THOUGHT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. I KNOW SOME PEOPLE WOULD TRY IT ON BUT REALLY I AM 70 WHAT WOULD I DO WITH 2 BABY GATES. THEY WONT EVEN CHECK WITH EVRI TO SEE WHERE THE PACKAGE WAS LEFT. THERE ARE TOO MANY HOUSES ASROUND WITH THE SAME NUMBER AS MINE TO GO LOOKING FOR IT. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Easy to order, delivery quicker than expected and moses basket exactly as described. The stand was a little fiddly because the screw holes were so tight but looks perfect now up. Can't wait to be able to put a little someone in it.

Highly recommend I ordered a tricycle it was delivered next day however I think a sewing machine miss a part and it started to unravel.
Sent an email issue was resolved and got a replacement cover sit next working day I highly recommend them.

I ordered a baby gate in Grey. Initially I was sent a white one so I sent that one back but they was already sending out the grey one before I sent that one back. I was very impressed how quickly this was done. I'm also very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend

When i ordered the pram it said i would get next day delivery, i ordered this on the Thursday but didnt receive my pram until the monday which wasnt good as i was left without a pram for 3 days.

When i have received my pram it was lovely and very well made, i am happy with the product.

So overall delivery wasnt good but the item is perfect 🤩
