I recently took the Hydra facial…
I have recently had the Hydra facial treatment, and I really find it worth. I can feel the difference.My skin is clear. Besides this I am undergoing laser treatment and pigmentation treatment, which I find okay so far, as I haven't seen the final result yet, some more sessions are still required.
The staff is really nice and polite. Anna is my practitioner,she is amazing and truly professional. Anna was very patient through out the process and explained all the steps clearly.

Extremely Poor Customer Service – Avoid
My experience with Forza Clinic Birmingham was absolutely appalling. I was told I’d receive a callback to book my appointment—no one ever called. Instead, I had to go back and forth over 15 WhatsApp messages just to arrange a patch test (for a treatment I’ve had twice before with the exact same laser elsewhere). I paid a £25 deposit for what’s supposedly a free patch test and was told I’d have to wait a full week before booking the actual treatment—again, not standard practice.
On the day of the appointment, I travelled 45 minutes with my 3-year-old and elderly grandmother, who were simply going to wait while I had a 15-minute test. The staff were rude, blocked the entrance, and refused to let them even sit in reception. It was a hot day so they weren’t able to wait for me in the car, which was near 40 degrees! The car park there had no shade whatsoever. I was turned away without any effort to find a solution or even basic compassion.
Shortly after I left, the so-called manager called me—not to apologise, not to refund the £25 they took from me for nothing, but to defend their policy. I told her basic courtesy and customer service would’ve gone a long way. She repeated that “this is our policy.” Honestly, the constant referral to this ridiculous policy just added insult to injury. Total waste of time, money, and energy. Needless to say I won’t be returning.
Don’t recommend.

We’d like to clarify that our patch tests are part of a full medical consultation. This includes reviewing medical history, medications, assessing the area, and discussing a tailored treatment plan along with risks and expected outcomes, this is essential for patient safety.
Our confirmation email also clearly states that appointments are patient-only and 18+. This policy is in place for safety reasons, as a child cannot be present during a clinical procedure, including a patch test. We do understand this may be inconvenient, and we’re sorry for the frustration caused on the day.
The deposit taken is a redeemable booking fee, which goes towards treatment and is standard practice.
We’re sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide, and we will take your feedback on board. If you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us directly.

They are super welcoming and even offer you a complimentary drink at the door, they are also helpful with anything you may need, Kristina is awesome and has given me a great experience during my sessions so far

Misled by reviews – Forza Clinic Failed to Deliver or Care
I came to Forza Clinic with high hopes after researching Pico laser treatment for hyperpigmentation/skin of colour and seeing the clinic’s glowing reviews online. I specifically chose Forza because their website showed impressive before-and-after results on complex cases of hyperpigmentation — many that appeared more severe than mine. This gave me confidence that I was approaching a clinic with both experience and success in treating my skin type.
Unfortunately, my consultation experience was disheartening from start to finish. My appointment was delayed, and I was seen by the clinic manager, who struggled to provide clear answers to basic but important questions. I explained that I had already done thorough research and was looking for Pico laser to target long-term hyperpigmentation and return to my baseline tone — a treatment I know to be safe and effective for skin of colour.
Despite this, I received vague responses such as “it depends on the practitioner,” and “we can’t say what results you’ll get.” When I inquired about settings tailored for my skin type, I was told that would only be decided on the day by someone else. This didn’t instill confidence, especially for a laser procedure where precision and safety matter.
To add to the confusion, I was told a patch test would be done but it never happened due to “lack of time.” Days later, I received a call stating I wasn’t suitable for Pico treatment as she didn't think getting back to my baseline or within 50% success over several sessions and I should see a dermatologist — without any referral or direction, just a suggestion to search for one online.
This whole experience left me feeling frustrated, dismissed, and completely disheartened. I had gone into the consultation feeling hopeful, only to leave with more confusion and a sense that my concerns weren’t being taken seriously. How could a clinic that showcases successful outcomes on cases more severe than mine suddenly decide I wasn’t suitable? It raises questions about the clinic’s consistency and transparency in who they choose to treat
Clinics offering advanced treatments should be prepared to deal with informed patients, especially when dealing with skin of colour where safety is crucial.

To clarify a few important points: your consultation was provided free of charge, and we did not take any payment at any stage. Your appointment began at the scheduled time, as agreed in advance, with adequate time allocated to complete the necessary medical history questions before proceeding.
We understand that you came to the clinic with a clear idea of what you were seeking, specifically Pico laser treatment. However, after reviewing your case in detail during your consultation, our team felt that laser was unlikely to deliver the level of results you were aiming for. Rather than proceed with a treatment that may not have met your expectations, we felt it was more appropriate, and ethical, to advise that you seek a specialist dermatologist’s opinion, particularly as your case may involve deeper pigmentation issues that would benefit from further clinical assessment.
As a private clinic, we are not permitted to issue formal referrals or endorsements to specific NHS or private dermatologists. However, the recommendation to see one was made with your best interests in mind, prioritising safety, transparency, and long-term results over simply offering a procedure.
We appreciate your concern around clarity during the consultation, and we take this feedback seriously. Our clinic manager works hard to offer helpful, honest guidance, even when that guidance may be to pursue a different route.
We’re truly sorry this left you feeling confused or dismissed, that was never the intention. Sometimes, not moving forward with treatment is the most responsible decision we can make as a clinic, especially when managing pigmentation and skin of colour, where caution and precision are paramount.
