Expert help and advice beyond my expectations
I was nervous at my first contact with Fosters involving a car cycle claim.I was reassured taken through the complete process and felt confident regarding costs and the handling of the claim as a cyclist.My claim was handed to a second solicitor to pursue and I received regular updates and advice and was really grateful for referrals to medical teams all covered within the claim. The level of expertise was second to none and as with all these types of claims the work behind the claim was pursued with a genuine desire to achieve the best outcome.The claim took over a year the costs deducted from the successful claim were reasonable given the length of the claim and overall I was entirely happy If I have need for a solicitor in the future I would happily use Fosters.My claim was for an incident in June 24 and settled in Nov 25.

Used this company for a medical negligence claim for my late husband. Anne has been amazing throughout my claim. Always been there to answer any questions I had and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. She was also very patient with my late husband who started the claim as he had trouble understanding some things. I would highly recommend this company just a shame Anne is retiring but I wish her all the best in her future and thank you for your help and support in which has been an upsetting time for me.
