Foundrylabel Opiniones

I ordered off this website, and it was confirmed for a 2-5 day shipment. However, months went by, and multiple emails and form fills on their website went unanswered. My package never shipped and never arrived. I finally received a response from customer service who claimed my emails were in their spam AND that they were busy, which is why they never responded. However, since I emailed and filled out forms on their website, their response made no sense. Their email response to me also stated they couldn't cancel or refund my order because it was more than 4 hours after I placed it.

To this day, I have never received my package. I would suggest staying far, far away from this website.

There are plenty of simple clothes on the site without huge prints or logos. That made it much easier for me to find things I would actually wear.

I had a question about the measurements on one of the jackets before ordering. Customer service replied the next day and explained which size would probably suit me better. Their suggestion worked well when the jacket arrived.
