Restocking fee of $200 dollars
Restocking fee of $200 dollars. I don’t know if this is illegal, but it sure is unethical. I will be reporting to New York Attorney General consumer fraud bureau and I believe they also have an another location based out of California. I will be reporting there as well. I had originally planned to do a refund and choose different lighting from them. It would’ve been several thousand dollars, and after this it will be a cold day in hell before I ever buy anything from them again.

I just canceled my order. I really hate this company for dragging this out. I think it’s a scam. Read the bad reviews. Other people feel the same. Don’t order from this company. They just want your money.

Lack of Transparency
When I placed my order May 5th for four lamps they never stated on the order that one of them was back ordered in production! I receive an email saying projected date June 11th. Now trying to solicite a response I cannot get them to answer my email. Never again will I use this company.
