Fountain Finances is fake to me it pops up on aol email saying I have 2 mi-sold car finances and I haver never had car finance.

Unsolicited junk mail addressed to me about finance claim from subsidiary company makeapcpclaim.co.uk

I don’t believe the 5 star reviews. You only have to look at the dates and the fact that the people have only written one review.

I have received unsolicited text messages from this outfit. I’m really not impressed and I won’t be using their services.

Very concerned as they contacted us about a finance claim but we had already made elsewhere and were trying to push to sign something over the phone . It felt like it could have been a possible scam which would have ended up with multiple claims. Feel they need investigation into their practices .

Fountain Finances use a company to send out unsolicited emails on their behalf.
Please stop this underhanded scam.
Email kept for proof of this practice.

Received a ‘Make a PCP claim’ letter from this company asking me to enter my personal details, offering money on compensation for car finance - apparently it’s not even possible yet to receive money for this and I also never took out such finance

Reported to NCA, FCA and ICO and SRA for fraudulent abuse of the industry and deceptive practices within the car finance reclaim sector.

I think they got hold of my contact details illegally. I have never had car finance but they won't leave me alone. Yet somehow they have my name, email address and telephone number. They might well have other details so I thought I'd report them to the financial ombudsman.

Sending pcp letters. Not interested. Where the hell do you get addresses. Illegally I assume

No idea how they ' acquired' my email address.

Scammers using a different trading name to conduct PCP calls. Failure to respond to Subject Access Requests, despite their obligations under the UK GDPR and DPA 2018. There is a statutory deadline of one month, which they have failed to meet.

I will give them one further week, and then will refer this to the Information Commissioners Office.

Due to their actions, and lack of action, I cannot believe that this is a reputable company. They are obtaining information from untrustworthy sources, ignoring TPS registrations, conducting unsolicited marketing calls, and failing to comply with statutory deadlines. Would I trust them with anything following this display of arrogance and ignorance? No. Neither should you.

Hard working dishonest scammers, they also sell on your data, they use multiple websites like bulldog PCP claims and other sites to cover tracks but we are onto them, they should beware of us

These people have started sending emails to me on an old email address which was part of the data stolen from Equifax.
They have no explanation!
I can’t see them being in business much longer.

Started receiving emails from this company even though I have never had any dealings with them. In these emails they lie and claim they have got the details from an FCA investigation. I have spoken to the FCA and firstly there is no such investigation, secondly they do not hold people's personal details, thirdly they do not obtain permission from anybody to sell personal details for marketing purposes.
Only conclusion therefore is that this company have lied in an attempt to pretend they have permission to email people. Would you trust your finances to liars?

Honest this company wastes your time told your get a call back, told different things,
And they completely ignore you.

It took a lot of emails and phone calls in order to receive a response from this company
Once you claim on your behalf for your tax return you get stuck with the company. Your tax code will be updated every year going forward after your initial catch up/ claim
