Jo has been amazing from the start coming to visit me on weekends as I work away during the week. Nothing was too much for Jo. Was always there to answer any questions I had. Jo has been fantastic from the outset. We were apprehensive and thought our scenario was complex however Jo explained everything from the start. Nothing was too much trouble for Jo and when we did hit an obstacle Jo put our minds at rest and navigated through it. I was dreading re-mortgaging, especially as the interest rates were so high and so I decided to use a mortgage advisor. Jo immediately put me at ease with her friendly approach and was able to translate the mortgage gobbledegook into words i could understand. She practically held my hand through the whole process and went over and above to make the process as simple and seamless as possible. She basically took the scary out of mortgages!!!
