Yes, more expensive than other baskets out there, but so worth it. I spent quite a bit of money on 5 hanging baskets from a well known high street brand, and they look so pathetic in comparison to yours! They are going on a recycle page immediately 😅.

Ok where do I even begin, one evening I was scrolling on TikTok and came across fowlehall flowers and I was immediately blown away! I have placed 6 orders so far now and every single order went perfect. Even during the infamous Mrs hinch order wave my order arrived within the stated time frame which was made clear on the website. No need to hassle or chase before that timeframe, understanding that items are handmade everytime I think makes it that much more special. Communication is still to this day great we are currently planning autumn winter and I am really looking forward to it. I have both the luxury hanging baskets and standard size baskets and honestly both are as stunning as the other. I have Lillie, Charlie, and full summer bloom and bought phoebes for my mum who also loves them. Wreaths are also really well made not really heavy and bulky and really full just like the baskets I have the smaller 50cm wreaths and they still fill the door! So all in all a lovely small business ran by one amazing lady who puts her all into each and every single item made, honestly I take my hat off that even during the crazy order rush Clare still got every single of my 6 orders out on time and free delivery with every single order too. Really honestly worth every penny and the little wait, roll on autumn/winter I’m so ready. P.s I had someone knock on my door at the weekend and asked where my baskets were from.

Im still waiting on a wreath that I ordered 6 and a half weeks ago.
I had to chase up with emails when my first wasn't answered. I've been told it's on the way 10 days ago with dpd but I havent received a tracking order or anything to see where it is.
If you have a business that states delivery times it should be more accurate, really really disappointing, had I known I wouldnt have ordered at all.

Beautiful artificial flowers that look real. The designs look amazing when put together. Great communication, if you want something changing on your design or chasing an order, Clare is great at answering queries and always gets back to me. Brilliant at what she does. I’ve never regretted an order and always go back to order more.

I have been a customer for 6 years maybe more. Buying wayyyy more wreaths than I need for each season because Clare’s work is out of this world. The quality of the faux flowers have always been amazing but in more recent years they are incredible. Each year she brings out a show stopper so I buy another and another.

Yes the wait times can be longer than we would like but perfection takes time. I’m more than happy to wait as I place orders in plenty of time for the season. I have always found her communication really good.

In my opinion you get what you pay for and I wouldn’t go anywhere else EVER.

I’m now seeing that Clare’s socials are blowing up as they should it’s a real talent. She is an artist!

Wreath looked nice enough once it finally arrived. Waited 3 weeks for delivery, emailed twice to check the status of my delivery and was completely ignored both times.

When you spend over £80 for just 1 door wreath at a time, you expect a little better customer service & care… I have ordered 4 times from this place, but this will be my last order, as the zero communication has completely ruined the customer experience.

Fabulous hanging baskets! Really pleased with them. They look great hanging off our pergola, which is hard to reach with the hosepipe!

I have bought from this seller on a number of occasions a wreath for every season I am always amazed at the craftsmanship from Claire and detail and all my neighbours in fact complement my door I even bought a Christmas garland last year and I will continue to keep on adding each year. arrived on time in tack with no problems

I’m on my 6th order from fowlehallflowers and I can’t recommend them enough! The care and attention to detail on my gorgeous wreaths and hanging baskets is amazing, all my neighbors comment on them . Clare is always quick to reply to any enquiries I have and is so lovely and helpful no matter how busy she is she will always try and go that extra mile for you . The love and talent she has for what she does is undeniable , and shows in her vast collections you can choose from . I like how all postage is included in the price so the price you see is the price you pay . And I’ve always received my order around the two week delivery date and Clare always keeps us informed if it’s gonna be otherwise. I have ordered many door wreaths and garlands from Clare. They are always very beautiful and are full of flowers which receive many compliments. Deliveries are always on time and lead times are detailed on the website. I have recommended Clare to many of my family and friends and would not hesitate to recommend her again. I have ordered before and was very happy although orders did take a while to arrive. This time I ordered and paid on the 14 February and had to make numerous requests as to where my order was and was given different excuses each time. It was sent maybe customs can we have your email address again can you confirm your address again. No address on parcel will send it again and so on . Very disappointing. Eventually asked for a refund and in fairness was issued it immediately although not the full amount which I’m waiting on a response as to why that was.
