Absolutely brilliant service @Fowlers. We were so happy with the great customer service in your Honda Department! Max and Jesse are a credit to your company!! Loved the atmosphere in the department. No pressure sales just a really chilled relaxed environment. Nothing was to much trouble they fully explained everything to us in great detail. I would definitely highly recommend them. If you want a Honda then these guys are fantastic and knowledgeable. If I could give more Stars then I would!!! Thank you Max and Jesse both great guys

Excellent service, once you but in the make and model of your motorbike they got everything that you need, they keeped me informed on my deliveries and fast and reliable. Some parts obviously need to be ordered in but still very fast and again the team keeped me notified.

Time had come to buy my wife a new motorcycle. We had previously purchased a number of Kawasakis from Steve Hodder both at Fowlers and Bristol Kawasaki before it was acquired by fowlers. So based on the previous excellent dealings with Steve we decided to give fowlers a look.

Unfortunately we could find nothing in the Kawasaki range to replace her 650 versys. So we decided to have a look at a Tracer 9 which was perfect . The sale was handled by Adam and I’m pleased to say he kept up the good work that we had experienced with Steve .

First time I've used fowlers...I can't say enough about them, order was placed just after lunch, next day my order was with me...excellent, the man on the phone was so helpful...would definitely recommend and use again...

Use regularly for bike parts and they're superb. Can be more expensive on some parts but the service, stock availability and quick shipping means they're my go-to for most bike models

If you are considering purchasing a new motorbike… Fowlers is the place to do it! I walked into the showroom to find a great selection of bikes to choose from. I needed a 125 to commute around in and Adam Crowley, who I spoke to, put me straight at ease. At first I wasn’t sure if I could afford the bike of my choice. We spoke through options and came up with the best solution. I got my new Piagott Liberty, after a few weeks of finishing touches in the workshop. My experience was is so positive; Adam kept in contact with me during my wait for the bike, and kept me up to date trying his best to push the date forward so that I could have it as soon as possible. I was so excited when I went in to pick it up and Adam handed me the keys and a fancy fowlers zip book with all the bits and bobs you need. Instantly riding the bike I knew this was the best thing I’ve ever had. Second hand bikes do not compare to a new shinny smooth and quite bike with no faults and warranty. It’s the best feeling, so a special thank you to Adam and the rest of the team at Fowlers for the great advice and customer service.

Ray was extremely helpful from me choosing the bike all through to having it delivered.

He is a credit to Fowlers and extremely good at his job.

I anticipated a "hard sell" and it was not like that at all. He is extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Absolute pleasure to deal with Ray.

After trying several suppliers it appears the clutch pressure plate I needed for my Honda CBF250 can no longer be ordered.
Fowlers got one to me in superfast time.

OK ordering spares to collect was fine. But had to wait to be noticed by two staff simply chatting and turning their backs to me. Then when directed to get the spares the staff member actually did not speak at any time, I passed my receipt and sad hello Im here to collect this, the staff member simply took the invoice, went and got the item, passed it to me with not a single word. How is this acceptable. I don't want staff to grovel at my customer feet but I do expect civilised social intercourse from staff. Fowlers is the one place I try to avoid due to the staff. The general manager needs to put them all on customer training. In my job if I acted like that I would be out on my ear, as customer service is paramount in my organisation. Fowlers staff, shape up, if you are anxious of the public, then stay behind the scenes and only put your affable staff to customer facing.

Just plain useless the service dept and the customer assistant on the scooter dept was clueless!! Didn’t know anything about accessories and showed very little interest. Parts counter is good though !

Recently bought a Vespa for my daughter, 3rd bike from Fowlers with a very positive experience with Mike from Triumph and Neil Cairns on the Vespa. Keep up the good work.

I’ve bought a few bikes at Fowlers over the years and have always found them to be really good at what they do. Bikes are always explained with proper handovers and they answer all your questions as they really know the products they sell.
Even with follow up contact made a few days after you’ve taken delivery just to see how your getting on and if you have any issues or problems. Can’t think of any dealer who does that and I’ve dealt with quite a few over the years.
Fowlers is the perfect place to get your bike. They also have a huge range of clothing and accessories so you’ll always get what you need.
You even get 10% off kit if you buy a bike so it’s a no brainer really.

I ordered some parts for my Yamaha, online, yesterday afternoon, and, I was amazed and delighted to get them in the post today.

I have been a loyal customer for 40 years but no more. My last three bike purchases were very unsatisfactory with poor and even dangerous decisions when it came to safety checks carried out during service. For some reason I kept loyal to them but recently they sold on a bike I had pre ordered because another customer was interested in it immediately. I had insisted on delivery the next month which was originally agreed when I made the purchase. They care more about making a quick sale and don't take care during after sale and servicing.

I had a very positive experience purchasing a Piaggio Medley S 125. Neil and his colleagues were very helpful and made the entire experience stress free. They were the only dealer with the model in stock in the UK at the time of purchase, and made the whole process easy and straight forward.

First-time bike-owner: Great service, friendly staff, massive selection of motorbikes and biking gear. Served by Neil Cairns, couldn't recommend him highly enough.

We went to buy a moped for our daughter . Service was amazing .staff were really helpful . We dealt with Neil ,nothing was too much trouble for him . Everything went smoothly and the bike was ready ahead of time and were allowed to pick up early nothing was too much trouble for them . Would recommend to anyone
