What can I add to all the recent reviews, not a lot, the other clients have summed up Paul Fox and his team so well.

We originally bought our first house in 2019 with Paul's expert guidance and thorough knowledge of the Perth housing market and it was the best experience we could of asked for.
Roll on to today and we have refinanced with the help of Paul's expertise, which I may add was simply effortless.

Paul and his team go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable all the way through, from the initial consultation to finally securing your home.

Fox Mortgages helped us secure funding for our home back in 2020. Since then, the team have always been fully supportive of any ongoing interest rate reviews we've requested. Below is my original review of their service back from 2020.l as posted on Google Maps Reviews.

"Where do I begin without sounding like this is a fabricated review? Paul and his team were without a doubt the best and least stressful part of our recent home-buying experience.

Fox Mortgage Services came recommended by friends, and from our initial consultation, we could see why. Paul went out of his way to come to us at a time that worked in with our own busy schedule, and right away I felt that we were in very capable hands. Paul's varied personal experience working in the banking and finance sector gives him insights which we had simply not been made aware of when dealing with our former broker. His communication at all stages of the process was on point - always available to either take a call, respond to an email or at the very least call back promptly. While this may seem like something that should be commonplace, unfortunately this level of customer service is not one that we have often experienced from any individual, in any industry.

Paul's confidence in our financial position and the likelihood of promptly securing finance for our new home instilled a similar confidence in my wife and I, and it turned out to be entirely valid.

Paul's honesty and integrity throughout the entire process was truly first-rate. We were presented with an extensive list of potential lender's and were not pushed in any one direction to choose a lender that would pay the highest commission to the broker.

After settlement, Paul and the team have followed up to ensure our previous mortgage is adjusted to a far more competitive rate than we had in place.

If I could give Paul and the team a 6-star rating, I absolutely would. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Fox Mortgage Services, and have already done so for both colleagues and friends.
