It's was my first order but it came all leaked . I requested a refund gave them all of the documents needed and still didn't get any refund . There is no way I could contact them . Experience was so bad

They are absolutely a big scam I ordered 2 items and I got the first one (cheap one) but they keep repeating delivery attempt but never got and suddenly their delivery partner says my order is cancelled and I don't even know if I get the refund (it was a prepaid order)

Very bad experience, they sent wrong items, but told me that I ordered wrong items. Very disappointing, rather rude to command a customer that way on call, I know well what I ordered, must have been an error on page, but no support.

We ordered 2 products and received only one this is not right when I opened the box there was only one and now they be are saying that no we sent you 2 only and showing me recording but who knows what happened after that what if the recorded right now and sent it or what if they removed it while delivering.NEVER GIING TO BUY FROM HERE.

There is fake products delivered to customer and when I raised a complaint they simply closed return policy is expired.. didn't bother what justification they did for delivering the fake products.

I ordered on 4 Sept and cancelled on 9 they didn't cancel the goods and on 15 sept they delivered goods forcefully and now they are forcing me to accept the goods and not refunding my money.BIG time fake. Please don't buy anything from here.

Had a bad experience.Had downloaded app.placed order which was cash on delivery. i cancelled later for some reasons. They are badgering me with calls and texts even after a fortnight of cancellation.Am fed up Blocked their numbers they call from another number Is someone hearing

Worst app I have seen till now. They are not delivering my product and not giving my money back. They are doing frauds . Be safe and never use this app. I lost some of my savings in this I hope u all not repeat the same mistake

Dont buy anything from Foxy ... It has worst customer care. Sometimes they deliver incomplete order and if you try to contact customer care , they keep on giving excuses and actually not deliver your rest of the order
