Having had negative experiences with other recruitment companies when trying to hire construction health and safety risk management consultants, this experience was completely different because the team at Fresh were a pleasure to deal with.

As a small business finding someone who'd be a good fit into a close-knit team was a key factor. The process was handled efficiently, professionally and with a superb level of communication, and Fresh kept going the extra mile to help us find a great candidate.

Fresh Perspective offer a really unique approach to recruitment that I’d never experienced before – and I absolutely loved it.

You don’t just get one person working with you; you get the whole team – and what a team they are! From the onboarding process right through to finding brilliant candidates, they stay in touch, keep you well briefed at every stage and always seem to be one step ahead.

What really sets them apart, though, is how personal the whole experience feels. TBH, they don’t feel like a recruitment company simply providing a service – they feel more like friends who genuinely care about your business and getting the right result for you.
