Timely. Have a courtesy call in advance. Had plenty of time to talk through things I was clueless about and happy to accommodate working around the dogs. All in all, nothing to complain about. Will use again.

I'd booked a free consultation since I had no handover or advice whatsoever when buying a new build. We'd spent a few years being subtly aware that we're supposed to have some kind of maintenance done on the sprinkler system but had no idea where to go. Fortunately, the guys at FPS fire dropped a leaflet through the door pointing out a free visit to show us the ropes. We booked it, figuring we might as see how they fare for free before committing to their paid services.

We were visited by Tom. He was courteous, friendly and concise. Showed us everything we needed to know and came across supportive and eager. So much so that I decided to just buy into their maintenance service on the spot.

Keep this guy, FPS. He's doing you proud.

We arranged the first call out with fps to come show us how to use the sprinkler system and tell us how it works. The young boy was very polite and very knowledgeable. We then arranged our service while the boy was here. We had to cancel one and they were very accommodating over the phone getting another appointment booked for the following week. The gentleman who came and service the system was really good in and out in no time at all. No complaints what so ever

Tom from FPS visited to explain the Sprinkler system in our new Persimmon home. The insight and explanation was far more detailed than could be taken from the documentation supplied in the Welcome pack, so a visit is certainly worth booking.
