Really impressed with the speed and quality of the service from Frabco. I don't usually leave reviews but I ordered a Playmobil set as a Christmas present for our son on Sunday evening - a set which I suspect may be discontinued as I couldn't find stocked elsewhere, but Google suggested Frabco as a retailer and it was in stock and reasonably priced. Having never heard of them before I was a little hesitant, but online reviews looked reasonable so I decided to go ahead and order. Tuesday afternoon, it arrived, very well packaged too. I received several order updates throughout the process and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again in the future.

It's nice to see that there are independent retailers that can offer the same (if not better!) level of online shopping experience that you would usually only expect from larger, mainstream retailers. The Am*zon order, I placed at the same time hasn't arrived yet... ;-)

Received my purchase earlier than expected and was very happy. Only issue was after I paid fir it online they came back and said there would be additional shipping costs was not happy about that. I had to pay $18.00 over the price I had already paid when I ordered it. Otherwise I was happy with the product and how quickly it arrived.

Ordered a Christmas tree stand and paid for 1-2 day delivery. Unfortunately it took four days to arrive so I sourced an alternative elsewhere. A call (left a voicemail before late delivery) and message (online contact form) went unanswered. I took late delivery then initiated a refund via the website (which was swiftly actioned). Unfortunately no offer of refunding return postage so I’m stuck with a 15kg tree base and a hefty return delivery fee.

My order was well packaged and arrived far faster than I expected. I was really happy with the service.

All went without a hitch, and the delivery time was very fast. Also very happy with our purchase, a Dimplex "speaker stand" ceramic heater, which was quite difficult to find at other popular suppliers.

Great service throughout. Easy to order, the product was original but also great value for money and we were very happy with it. Delivery was very prompt, earlier than advised in fact.

A simple order for spec cleaning tissues delivered with no fuss. FRABCO seems

Ordered chocolate liqueurs 5th December and arrived within three or four days. Securely packed and no problems whatsoever.

I ordered last week and after ordering was advised they needed more money for shipping. I reluctantly agreed to pay the money and never heard from them again and the product has still not been shipped. I am so disappointed in this company as this is my first order and they just don’t respond. I sent 4 emails and no acknowledgment. Not happy.

Further to my earlier review. Do not use this company. Spent £50 and DHL have lost my goods. Tried numerous times to contact Frabco and they refuse to answer. Multiple messages sent and phone calls leaving messages are not answered.

First time ordering with Frabco and the process was hassle free and my parcel arrived quickly, would highly recommend.

My order arrived on time, have not been able to use it yet as it is a Christmas Tree Stand but looks good and exactly as described.
