SCAMMED !!! I ordered Bladder Control Cream from this company purporting to be in UK 19/ 11/2025. I duly received the cream BUT now they have accessed my credit card details to send me a very expensive Handbag which I did not order. This hand bag is $900.00. I am 86 an invalid, unable to walk & on a sickness benefit. Yet again a Chinese Scam. When will the Chinese learn the meaning of honesty.?

No stares would be appropriate. i ordered a tube of cream costing £24.95 , when it arrived it was a different name to the advert, contacted them immediately and received a reply saying that the packaging had been changed but it was the same, wish i had read the reviews first as it is obvious this company is a scam and should not be allowed to advertise on platforms such as facebook or pinterest, , they are conning people out of money for rubbish products, not fit for purpose i am returning mine and asking for a refund, or will be contacting my bank if they dont comply. Steer clear of this fraudulent company.

Bought body oil and they sent a different product.reached for there return otherization and seems a scam.

Bought the hearing amplifiers but been in discussion for days over the fact that I did not receive my parcel. They keep telling me to contact the postal service as "From our side, the item was shipped and a photo was taken by the courier as proof of posting"
The photo shows an envelope with junk mail, but being held in postman's hand as I was out...no signature was required. I sent a photo back showing the same junkmail I'd fetched out of my recycling bin in case I'd mistakenly put them in my recycling. Now I'm approx £40 down with no ear pieces. Avoid throwing away your money like I did

Bought a nasal inhaler for £24.99 - supposedly able to cure nasal problems and give a sound night’s sleep.
Product arrived with different branding and was worth very little. The instructions said inhale for 15 minutes from this tiny inhaler stick! What a joke! Complained but got nowhere. Do NOT waste your money on this product. Avoid Fradall!

Fradall is an untrustworthy company
Their staffs can’t handle anything
beyond manual supplied words and
claim troubles. I was told my shipment
had a courier problem twice. Checked
their dumb support ips. Twice shipped
but failed. Really? I don’t usually temper
but this got me flared. Tried to school them give back my refund.
After couple of mails and torrent words
they complied but not ASAP.
Im still in wait of their words that it iz
back in ur bank credit statement.
So, guys nd ladies as well dont bother

I would put zero stars if possible.I spent over £40 for 3 nasal spray’s and I would be surprised if they cost more than 40 pence to make. Please don’t be taken in by this companies advert, you could get a very similar smell by sniffing some Lavender in your garden. What a load of “You know what “.

This company shows as if in UK but iis actually in Hong Kong and it duplicated an order and took twice from my account I contacted them immediately and they said it is to late to change ??? I have an ongoing dispute with them but if you get tempted to order from them I would avoid as they are selling body oil but as they are not based in UK have no idea what is in the oil???

Beware this company is in Hong Kong and not UK based as advertised.
I immediately tried to cancel the transaction when billed by Hexie Tuzi ltd but they refused.
The product I received was not as ordered
They were unwilling to refund unless I returned the item to Hong Kong

I bought their bee pollen Varilex cream . They gave a great selling summary and free returns if not happy . I have been using the product for 3 months , I bought 3 jars of it . Absolutely no difference to spider veins which are like threads not raised . I asked about money back refund and now they are saying that’s only in the first month . But that’s not long enough to know if the product works that’s why they push you to order more than 1 jar.
I wouldn’t go near them again . Be warned . Feel ripped off , I paid £45

This company has several names, all of which are heading to Hong Kong. Besides the Fradall, it also states at the bottom of the order form another name
Hexie Tuzi Limited. This company is a private company registered in Hong Kong. And another address in the UK, Yunexpress UK Ltd in Cannock, as well as in Sweden, the plot thickens. I ordered two sprays and they arrived yesterday. I paid 29 pounds for these sprays, and they don't look like the ones advertised. I also paid through Shopify, so what does this say?

Please do not order anything I have been scammed through FB for a Tinnitus item costing £24.95. It pertains to be a UK site and item which I found out too late and item is sent via China then goes to a uk Address as China label is underneath it. Posted from a Cannock address when I checked it on google a dodgy industrial unit with no name to it. When you email them and state it’s not the item as advertised they just ignore what you say. Still trying to get me to open it saying packaging has changed forgetting the name has to. My package is unopened yet they still won’t give me a return address. I am now pursuing through my credit card to get this refunded. They are clearly are scamming and yet FB do nothing to protect us they still carry on. Please don’t order anything from Fradell UK as they are not based here they are in China and under another name.

So glad I read reviews about this scam before I bought and yet the fraudulently post they have 14,620 5 star reviews on Trustpilot. I can’t find one let alone 16,620.
So that alone is a HUGE red flag.

This company is a scam. A one star is too generous. It purports to be a UK company but in fact it is from Hong Kong. I placed the orderr at 21.37 Sunday 10/8/25. I cancelled it (under UK law) on Monday 11/8/15 at 11:14 and was told that it was too late. The item was not in fact processed until Tuesday 12/8/25 when I was told that it would take 7-10 days to arrive, thus confirming that it is not a UK company as they purport to be.
This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. I intend to return the product upon receipt. These reviews should be printed on their website. I only purchased from this company because the recommendation came from a reputable review of a UK newspaper.

Biggest load of rubbish, does not work, lost nothing, in fact put on 2 lbs. Save your money.

I ordered 1 bottle of drops from this company and paid for 1 bottle at £24.95 after I checked out they added on another bottle at £21.21 which I did not want I have put a dispute in to try and get a refund and I will not be accepting any coupons I want a full refund.

This company is not very trustworthy. They promise 100% money refund if you’re not satisfied with their product. However you can return the product without paying fee and only if it’s not open

I ordered 3 tubes of Vivadex and eventually 3 tubes arrived not of Vivadex but ximonth from China which can be bought on Amazon for less than half the price. 😡

Do not go near this company,I bought fungigon ,I had a text supposedly from Royal mail saying it had been delivered it had not. Contacted fradall they said it was still on the way not to worry. Of course I did, contacted my bank to activate a charge back and was told fradall had put a recurring charge on my card. So please be careful
