Ordered my custom plate and received it exactly as I wanted about 2 weeks later. 100% satisfied!

Item arrived quickly with paid 2d day delivery. Frame is adequate for intended purposes and without blemishes. I have a 2020 Ram truck and had to use my own washers and nuts to ensure a secure fit to the front bumper. I would buy again if I need another tag frame.

I would like to amend my previous review. The company emailed me back to let me know the product I ordered was backordered and offered me a refund in full. I received my refund the next day.

Great products, great service. Nice follow up to make sure customers are satisfied. No qualms about ordering again.

Got exactly what I needed to replace my old license plate screw caps. Nearly two years later, my old screw caps lost their color and I can't be bother to paint them :-)

I was a little surprised that my order came unassembled, but the company shows their belief in their product by offering complete warranties on their frame..this gave me total piece of mind, and I was very pleased with the quality, so far. Thanks!

Exactly what I wanted. The screws even fit my BMW :)

Product finally came It was lost but company mailed out another so the company does excellent work satisfied with my Frames the carrier is who I have a problem with

I bought the rose gold laser etched license plate frames. They turned out better than I had expected. I think I’ll be ordering again for my dad who thinks they’re pretty awesome. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the screw caps were not the same color. They were kind of a copper color.

Very nice product! The paint is beautiful and the price us the best out there. Keep up the good work!

I did not receive my order as I expected. Frameai stated that the package must be lost in transit at USPS. They sent me another package which I received in a couple of days. It is what I ordered. Thank you for your great customer service.

Product came as promised. The quality is outstanding.

Quick shipping and Quality product. Easy 5 stars.

Good quality frame, quick shipping, easy transaction! Thank you!

Super great quality and customer service!

I was sent the wrong size frame and never received a response from FRAMEAI after I sent a message about it.

Nice frames. Didn't realize it was only one. Ordered a second. Contacted seller to see if I could get them shipped together to save $6 shipping. They were shipped together but I never saw the savings.

Received my frames and one of them had a noticeable scratch on it

Looks great came in time and I love it :)

Good quality and should last a long time.
