Framtrade have been supplying us with bottled Propane Gas for over 8 years. The service provided has always been impeccable. The sales team are always extremely helpful and obliging, especially when i have given very short notice for refills. Marcus & Gary normally deal with our delivery. Both these guys are the most helpful, pleasant guys you would wish to meet and never has anything been too much trouble for them to undertake. 100% recommendation for this company.

I called Framtrade to buy LPG gas having been let down by the major UK supplier. The delivery took place as promised and was £20 cheaper that the "national supplier". On top of that and despite the pouring rain the delivery driver was the most cheerful guy I've met in ages!!

After 6 months of chasing for my refund of the rental charge for gas cylinders. I have finally given up. 11 emails.. and nothing. Quite shocking. I guess this is how they make their money. Whilst its only a few hundred pounds lost. Its certainly made me avoid these for the future.
