This company does not reply to your messages. I only recieved half my order. They asked me to send a photo as proof which I did of the product I received and the delivery note which only had half the order on.

Since then no reply to any messages, contact form or even social media. They also delete comments on social media.

Beware of ordering.

Was gifted the original coffee scrub. Has a very High coffee stench, felt like rubbing rough grounded coffee beans on on skin and left filthy mess in shower. 🚿 I do not recommend using this product.

I find the responsiveness of this company absolutely appalling and the real joke is that their contact form on their website reads “unlike others, I reply” 😂.
I recently bought the acid heroes kit for my KP and upon delivery the scrub lid was faulty and its contents all through the bag, I couldn’t even close the lid to try and save some because it was completely broken. I have emailed them multiple times to see if I can be sent a replacement and I’ve also completed their ‘so called’ super responsive online form.. nothing but crickets. I won’t be buying from this company again and neither will my 3 sisters who also suffer with KP.

I ordered a scrub package as a Christmas gift. Only to recieve an empty box?? They have ignored all of my emails and deleted my instagram comments, very disappointing paying $50 for a sealed empty box. And now I dont have time or money to get another Christmas gift.
Less than 1 star !!!! Scam

They don’t even deserve 1 star. In line with other reviews they don’t respond to emails with information and tracking as requested and when you chase them they ignore the emails altogether.

They have not delivered my order which I had already paid for and they don’t seem too bothered that their policy is to take customers money and not deliver items.

Don’t use them they are not a legitimate company and have zero concern for their customers. I guess they can make their living and profit by keeping their own products and saving on delivery.

You live and learn with dodgy legitimate looking on-line sites. Just glad I didn’t order multiple items.

I placed two orders but only one was received one. When I contacted customer service, I was told that one of the orders does not have tracking available. However, despite reaching out multiple times for an update or resolution, I haven’t received any further information.They just ignored the fact i have contacted the several times.

I only started using Frank Body on a whim while shopping around MECCA.
I brought their Hyaluronic Acid Body Serum and I am so glad I did.
It’s the first moisturizer that doesn’t leave a gross after-feeling. My skin looks and feels 10 times better with it.
If the body serum was good, I can only imagine how good their other products are.
Now I buy direct with Frank Body website which is easy to use and goes direct to them. I will definitely be a repeating customer!

Amazing products! I have been using the Frank Body range for years now and am so happy to have found an Australian company that is affordable with no nasties.

Ive purchased a couple of items now - including the The Niacinamide Era Ki, the Hydrating Body Wash Hydrating Body Lotion and the Brightening Vitamin C Mask. I purchased them all directly via the website with the exception of a Hydrating Body Wash refill which I purchased from a Priceline store although it was a bit more expensive than online if I hadn't got it on sale. I really like all of these purchases. The packaging is easy to use, I never get mess anywhere. A little bit goes a long way so it definitly feels like there is good value for money. I have sensitive combination skin and I have never had an issue with allergy or bad reactions to these products. I think an important caveat is this is not a high end product, so the perfume tends to be a little 'cheap' smelling out of the bottle but it doesn't really have a strong scent once applied so in my opinion its a non-issue. Its also not a high-tech product so don't expect the type of feel would get with some of the more expensive products - this is clearly an affordable every day brand and suitably accessible for moderate budgets and I think attempting to compare this to say a Dermalogica product would be inappropriate. For every day use its nice, affordable and has good results.

Great products and, on the most part, great prices. They regularly have sales which is helpful for trying new products. I've ordered 5 times and never had order issues. Unfortunately the website is buggy, especially with their loyalty program.

(I have written this review on other sites but I want to get it on as many different sites so people can see) I've never had such a bad reaction to a skin product, I used the coffee scrub on my chest and neck area and within two days the whole upper half of my body is covered in a blotchy, red and itchy rash from my hip to my neck. Even my arms and hands have rashes because it touched the product. I had to have a antihistamine injection in my leg and am on prescribed antihistamines four times a day to try and get it under control but it's still spreading. Would recommend to patch test and be very careful using these products.

Best product ever the scrubs are the best the lip scrub is awsome the lip balm the boots drop everything worth the price

I've been scanning the web for the best, most reviewed ph balanced wash and stumbled across the gentle body wash gem. It's clearly does what it says on the tin I purchased two more products, the pumice scrub for my arms and the coffee scrub. My skin has never felt better! Not only will I be a returning customer, my partner will be too.

The scent is too strong, it is not moisturizing as it claims. My skin felt dry and sticky after applying the lotion, it also left a bad tingly sensation on the back of my feet and hands.

The next day my skin looked and felt dry af, I was then left with a banging headache because of the questionable chemicals included in this product which they claim is 95.31% natural which is a lie! This isn't a real AHA lotion because of the different kinds of acid and bad chemicals added to this lotion.
I've had to do a skin detox to remove the horrible scent and residue off my skin!

I’ve send lots of messages and got no response… I used to buy frank body from cult beauty but decided to try their official uk website. Seemed ok at the time but I send a product info inquiry and nobody responded. I eventually bought collagen serum that contains vitamin C and it arrive very dark orange colour. I reported to customer care and did not get a response. I threw it into the bin because I would never use a product like this unless reassured it was safe. Absolutely ridiculous! 2 inquiries and no response after months!!! Will never repurchase ever again

WORST customer service ever! I emailed to cancel 5 minutes after ordering. They took 48 hours to reply and claimed they couldn’t cancel the order as it had already shipped. It hadn’t shipped at all and sat in their warehouse waiting to be shipped for 5 business days. This can easily be proved with the tracking #. They continued to take 2 days to reply to any email I sent and they barely speak English. They said they would send a return label via email but they never actually did. And the cream is disgusting, they are clearly hiding reviews since this smells so bad and is so greasy. Do NOT buy anything from this SCAM company!

Urrghh!!
Just tried a sample of the coffee body scrub. Is this company serious??? Smothering myself in the dregs of a coffee pot, then taking an age to clean my shower is not what I'd call a luxury experience! Awful product and have you seen the price to buy??? Its a no from me.

Its been 20 days since I placed an order via their UK website. 1st, I only received an email that my order had been shipped 10 days after they took my money. 2nd, it's been another 10 days and no sign of my package. Have messaged customer service already twice with no response.
Started feeling uneasy and decided to look for reviews. I should had done this before ordering anything from this company... I am losing hope that I will ever get my products or a refund from customer service... Or that the products will be any good at this point.

I use all Frank Body products and adore them. My shower is pink and says Frank. The complexion products and clean body washes & face scrubs have been amazing, and I usually have a horrible time finding products for my face that work. I love the smell of everything. After having dreadlocks for 2 years and cutting them off, the hair duo was a godsend for my scalp. Their scrubs make my skin feel amazing. After having twins, the original coffee scrub and the charcoal scrub have been perfect for my stretch marks and scars. I usually hate any and all lotions, so I bought the in-shower moisturizer, which I love, so took a shot at the new AHA lotion and they have been amazing for my KP and the lotion smells heavenly, it's a lotion I'm excited to put on, I only wish it came in a larger size!
