The phone came without a charging…
The phone came without a charging cable. Phone screen went off whilst trying to setup. Currently taken for repairs and asked to buy a new screen. Very disappointed in this service.

Second purchase through Frank Mobile of a iPhone this time for my Mum. The phone was delivered packaged well & in the condition I expected it to be in given the grade I purchased. As with the first purchase very happy with the product etc & the speed of delivery. 😊

As good as brand new
I googled this site and saw all the great reviews. I ended up getting a ‘prime’ iphone and couldn’t be happier with product and service. The phone is just as good as brand new. Would definitely recommend this website for purchasing refurbished phones.
