Excellent knowledge of the holiday destination and planning a great bespoke itinerary for our trip to Australia

I had the pleasure of dealing with James from freedom travel. I was trying to organise for my daughter to get back from Australia and he just went above and beyond to get her home safely and the most economical route. Excellent service. I needed a fully arranged 10 day holiday to Borneo for 5 people . Molly at FD Asia was great. I explained what I wanted and why and hey presto...an itinerary was put together , with pricing that included meals, transport, flights and private tours.
We could not be happier and will contact them.for our next adventure.

The whole process from our initial enquiry through to making the final booking was straightforward and Jazzmin was very friendly and helpful throughout, making the progress of our booking very easy. Jazzmin dealt with matters very promptly and she telephoned us several times with revised itinaries for our holiday.

Our consultant, Abbie, has been amazing throughout the whole booking process. Once I gave her the basic details of what we wanted to do- a mix of visiting family and touristy bits - she put together an itinerary for us. She has tweaked it several times as things changed and always with a smile in her voice. We are really looking forward to our trip next year.

Having used this company previously for my 60th birthday trip to Vietnam, I was not to surprised to get another excellent standard of service for itinerary discussions & the eventual booking process, all done with great service & information on any queries I had.

Jazzmin worked really hard to get us the holiday we wanted. Despite several changes in the itinerary from us she was always happy and professional.
This trip was in the diary for months but it didn't disappoint. Even when there were last minute changes, the company worked hard to make those a painless as possible. Freedom made our very special holiday amazing. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone wanting something a bit less ordinary.
