The technician on the day was very…
The technician from Freedom Hearing on the day was very switched on and moved seamlessly through the ear checks and the hearing test. Explaining all pertinent information as she went through the process of the hearing test explaining the results.
Checking to make sure that I had batteries and earbuds that I might be needing to get me through to the next appointment.
Staff was very helpful and polite all throughout the process.

I submitted a claim for industrial…
I submitted a claim for industrial hearing loss,the process was simple,quick and understandable. The staff and legal team at Kingswood were knowledgeable and friendly and dealt with the insurance company on my behalf. I attended the clinic yesterday 25/5/26 to be fitted with my hearing aids and my life has changed overnight, I actually just got off the phone after calling the insurer to thank them for their help. The clinician at Kingswood guided me through the process of using the aids and even I had no trouble grasping the details. I am happy.

Professional and caring
The clinician was very professional and caring in her handling of my appointment. She ran the hearing test and discussed the results with me before also fixing the settings on my hearing aids which were not set at the correct volume. The visit was well worth the effort.
