I’ve been a customer for many years but they sent me a misprinted planner that’s missing a month and they only have an email contact. 3 emails no response. Kinda pissed

Law of attraction planner
I bought this planner in London a few months ago, and am just about to use it. Love its structure, but when I visited the website to use its freetools for help, all I got was nothing helpful,but sales pitches for their products. 😞
I shall have to Google to get the help I need elsewhere.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PRODUCT!
I have been purchasing their planners for the past 5 years and unfortunately the last couple of years they seem to deliver the planners later and later!
I ordered my new planner in November and on the website it stated that it would arrive in December.
So far it's been around 3 weeks and the planner hasn't even dispatched yet! Worst part is that the delivery time is about 2-3 weeks since they ship from Hong Kong, so most likely I will be receiving the planner *AFTER* New Years!
Unfortunately, their customer service isn't much help either.
I'm super disappointed, especially since these planners are expensive and the whole point of ordering in advance is so that I would be able to start planning 2023 in December.
