I set up a company that had 3 locations on the service. Initially it was pulling in a wrong company on one of the platforms - if you aren't familiar with review systems, they all tend to do that until you get them sorted out a bit. I was a little panicky when I didn't hear back from them for a few days, but as I am using the free version I completely understand that they become buried in emails. I just love getting the instant notices on reviews now. It really helps me stay on top of things for the client! I'm so glad I tried monitoring system out!

I have been having Free Review Monitoring for a while and they keep me updated on reviews for several businesses. Their customer service has been great!

promptly alerts you on new reviews and keeps them all in one place. Great dashboard and it looks like they did spend time figuring out the best layout. Interestingly enough, I would pay for the features they offer for free, but hey I'd take free any day.

I tried other services before and paid too much for them. I have setup two of my clients recently with this company. One is a restaurant and the other one is an animal hospital. The email notification triggers immediately after we receive a review from different important review sites including Yelp, TripAdvisors, Google+ and Facebook which is exactly what we're looking for. I hope to see more features being rolled out. And not to mention Jordan, one of their staff is very helpful.

I found these guys when I was looking for a program that would alert me whenever there is a negative review posted about my business on Yelp.com. If you are looking for a similar feature, their service is free, at least daily alerts are, then I would definitely recommend them.

Does exactly what I need to track reviews on yelp and google. It is also a free tool. I am not sure if there are any upgradable features for a fee.
