I did not refuse to give this information I advised I hadn't got it straight away but was told nothing would be done then!
So I advised after several attempts with no help offered that I would be leaving a bad review & no longer be using you.
I have had problems with triple Mango bm600 refills & because I don't have the batch number they will not provide any replacements!
So I am out of pocket & they won't do anything about it, I have spent a lot with freesmo as well but I will NO longer use them & definitely don't recommend them.
I will go back to using my old vape company as never had any problems with them!
Just just goes to show cheaper isn't always better!
Extremely dissatisfied now ex customer!

We’re sorry to see this review, particularly as we’ve supported you on multiple occasions in the past.
To clarify the situation for transparency: you’ve placed several orders with us over time and, on four separate occasions, reported issues specifically with the same flavour. On each previous complaint, including after your earlier reviews, we issued refunds in good faith, even when no wider quality issues were reported with this product.
When a recurring issue is reported with the same item, requesting batch numbers is standard procedure. This allows us to properly investigate with the manufacturer and protect all customers. You have provided this information in the past, but for your most recent order (placed on 4 January and reported on 21 January), you declined to do so despite claiming all "7" pods were faulty. Instead of providing the required information, you indicated that you would leave a negative review. We do not consider this an appropriate way to resolve an issue, particularly given the support and refunds we have consistently provided over the past year.
Without the required batch details, we’re unable to investigate or escalate the matter further. Unfortunately, this means we cannot offer additional refunds or replacements in this instance.
We always aim to be fair and reasonable, but we also need to follow proper processes and set limits where necessary.

Terrible choice and denied Amazon gift card
Terrible choice of vape juices and my friend who i live with was denied the £20 amazon gift card after her first order and given a rubbish excuse about the system flagging the account for being at the same address! I will not be using them again and will be making sure to tell friends not to use them too

We are sorry to see this feedback and would like to clarify the situation for accuracy.
As previously explained in our correspondence, we were unable to assist further with this particular issue because the product you contacted us about is a disposable device, which is now banned and no longer supported. In addition, the order was placed in March, and the device is well outside of the warranty period. This was clearly explained to you in our messages.
Please note that anytime a product is within the warranty period, we are more than happy to resolve any issues by providing either site credit or a refund.
We would also like to highlight that we have consistently supported you with your orders in the past and have issued credits on five separate occasions to resolve previous issues, all of which you confirmed you were happy with at the time.
We always aim to provide fair and reasonable support in line with our policies, and we stand by the assistance provided in this case.

I'm blown away at how good the service from Freesmo has been. I used them for the first time yesterday after seeing they have an unbelievably good welcome offer. They posted the vapes almost immediately and was sent by royal mail 24 hour, so they arrived today which is a Saturday. Most vape suppliers use cheap unreliable couriers which always turn up late. They have a great user friendly site and great offers with a great choice of vapes or other nicotine replacements. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you!

I unfortunately never received my item
I unfortunately never received my item. The delivery service seemed speedy and I was looking forward to getting my order ahead of time but it seems royal mail only put the package halfway through the letter box, I'm assuming it was to chunky to fit all the way. By the time I got home there was no package to be seen, and when I reached out to freesmo about this they simple said the tracking said delivered, and a half sticking out package from the letterbox was enough proof for them. Disappointed that I haven't received my product and would not further purchase from this company again. If the package is too bulky to fit a standard letterbox then send it out by another carrier or means to ensure the customer receives it. I paid full p&p too
