Kurz und knapp, Finger weg von freewallet.org. Geld weg, mich über 8 Monate hingehalten und immer wieder Geld abgebucht als Gebühr. Komisch, da sie Werbung machen mit kostenlosen Konto. Transfergebühr okay das ist normal. Aber man kann Crypto einzahlen aber nicht mehr abheben, dann muss man seine Identität beglaubigen mit Kopie Ausweis und einem Text mit Unterschrift. Auch wenn alles eingereicht wird, wird die Identität nicht bestätigt. Sprich die cryptos werden weniger bis alles weg ist. VORSICHT SCAM

Still suspended. After I sent all my verification information and they are charging a monthly fee for inactivity because they won't let me make withdraw. They say they need the transaction information from 6 years ago from anonymous donors. I explained what I have am to even trying to recreate the on transaction that I did with wallet but keep getting denied. Now they stopped responding agian but the fee keeps coming.

I am trying to get my id verified for two of my accounts. The status says pending for over a month now. And they don't respond to the tickets I submit.
Meanwhile they charge you a certain amount every month. I just want to transfer to another platform but that is impossible when the ID is not verified. So if it keeps like this, I won't have anything left in my wallets...

They steal momey. Ticket 526254. 6 months 40.000 $ are blocked. All verified and the source of funds confirmed. In October they sent confirmation that verification is done but still kepp money blocked.
They are sending constantly new requests for new docs - verification, video, screens of cold wallets, confirmation of source of funds, confirmation of actual source of funds and etc. Requests never end and money never will be ulocked. Be careful with them and keep your money somewhere else(((

Scam and dangerous platform, they stole my £20 in bitcoin under name of “no activity fees”.
I had almost no response from customer service, I asked for the account to be closed and then they ignored me and continued to charge fees until the account was empty. This is Not a FreeWallet it is robbing people blind, Avoid!!!

Scammer company withdraw all funds from wallet at once.

I transferred my crypto to this wallet, they suspended my account and asked for verification. The verification process took a long time ( about 6 months) and in this period they also charged me for inactivity fees. They suspended my account and in this period they also charged me for inactivity.
Do not use their services and If you have assets in this wallet, transfer it asap.

I was using freewallet and everything was fine, until the moment they suspended my account without any warning. I can't transfer any cryptocoin, just receiving.
Because I couldn't send any coin, after six months they tooking my coins, because of "inactive fee". I send many support tickets, but never gave me a correct answer. just reffered to an article in they users-agreement that they are allowed to take money because of inactive fee. This week they took all my crypto.

never trust Freewallet.org. they just blocking your account so they can steel your money and refering to their "inactive fee"......

Freewallet.org is a SCAM. They took all of my coins and I double checked there supposedly "inactivity fee" and they make no attempt to communicate. My last email received was 3 years ago! Be very careful using any online or app you are better off to purchase a coolwallet and go cold storage. Or any other cold storage options! Do no fall for this scam I am sure the company is very rich now. Very suspicious how Freewallet is misspelled...but the link is not.

Took 100 Doge out of my wallet citing "inactivity fee" under terms and conditions without any update or email or message!!
I was Inactive since 2021 and suddenly they decided to wake up and charge a fee after watching crypto prices rising without even a message or email!!
Unprofessional behavior or rather Professional Thieves!!!

Without a warning or any type of communications has implemented an inactivity fee and eat your hard earned coins.

This is a scam! I transferred my XRP here in '21 because they advertise with being absolutely free and never looked at them until November last year only to find they deducted around 900 XRP (now worth $2200) as an "Inactivity Fee". Apart from the fact that this is already a crime in itself, they suspended my account because of supposed suspicious activity. To release the account I was asked to send proof (ID, bank statement) which, reluctantly, I did. This has been 2 weeks ago and still, after multiple reminder, nobody responded. I feel I have been robbed and the people behind this scam should be brought to justice. Please be warned to never ever transfer any funds or assets to this platform.

They are complete scammers. My account has been blocked for 3 months now. Nothing I can do about it. Sent them a ton of info and just had a skype call with them.

I tried to move my funds from the Freewallet. Suddenly the funds were send off to other wallets. I raised a ticket 6 weeks ago and keep getting fobbed off with a question every couple of weeks, asking the same things over and over. I am going to keep emailing via the ticket but now convinced they are never going to give me back my crypto funds. Do not use!

I didn't recognize the transaction on my account so I called them and let them know over a year ago so they froze my account and then when I try to withdraw my money I couldn't until I sent in a selfie, and then another one where I was holding some paper that said their company name on it I did all that well a year and a half later I find out today that the remainder of the money that was in there they went and took it out they said it was due to inactivity they were charging me never gave me a fourth warning or anything they know what they were doing and they did exactly what they wanted to do and they ended up with with the remainder of my Dodge Coin, and come to find out the transaction I didn't recognize they were holding the money, the whole time, they never paid out the person so let me think I paid twice

I opened an account with freewallet 2020 and did about 3-4 transactions until the 5th one which has got me stuck since then. They asked for all sort of verification which were provided but it seems all request was just a sham and a front for so many excuses to not allow withdrawal. The funds have been stuck for almost 4 years now and they charge inactivity fees on the account .

This is a very obvious scam of a company and It’s funny how they haven’t been brought down yet . Howigotscammed .online have a whole investigation ongoing and I hope they are brought to pay for their sins soon
