Scammers send “the package “ 2 times and was a lie they still my money and always said I need to wait for my refund 25 days and the order was on December and always the same and nothing happens scammmers

Ordered back in November of last year. Was claimed to have my items delivered. Reached out, they reshipped it and still nothing. A waste of time. Waste of money.

I ordered through their website. I should have checked and done my research first but I didn't. I "ordered" a package back on November 7, 2025. Says it was delivered December 8, 2025. My ring camera shows no delivery of anything during that week or even the next. I should've known something was wrong when my order showed there would be FedEx shipping, yet the tracking number didn't match FedEx's tracking number pattern. FedEx has no record of a package with that number.

The automation of emails and "shipping updates" is quite good as far as timing, but nothing ever arrives.

I hop on the chat feature of the website and I'm told that it was delivered to my address. See, here's what the logistics website shows, that the package was delivered. I said it wasn't delivered, so they said they'd resend it since I was asking for my money back. I said sure.

I went through this song and dance yet again: "new" tracking number, "shipped" January 12, 2026, "delivered" February 17, 2026. I complained yet again to their chat "customer service".

I wasted 4 months of thought and time on this scam company, plus my money is gone with nothing to show. I'm mad I didn't use my Visa so I could mark it a scam.

I've got screenshots for days but there's no way to upload the conversation on the chat feature and I'm not posting my personal info if avoidable.

Failed to deliver order after two attempts and couldn't confirm delivery via the courier.
Then suggested a 70% refund because they had cost associated with the non-dlovered items. Given that it has been more than two months since my initial order was placed, I am concerned about your business practices. This is the second attempt at delivering this package with no adequate explanation of where the package was ultimately delivered, despite both attempts being marked as delivered.
I requested a full refund and suggested that they improve their shipping partners. I am still awaiting my refund but I will never purchase from this site again.
Contact your credit card company and dispute the charge if you've already made a purchase!!!

This company scammed me as I never received my order. I contacted them and they said that the package was on its way and it never arrived. Horrible scammers who are out here taking people’s money

Never received my order. I contacted them via email, they responded to me to give them more time, I did and still nothing. They are horrible.Feening for money like that and stealing from people. Shame on them.

Good evening, I’m leaving this review because this company is definitely a SCAM I never received my order and I complain to them twice and was told it was delivered which never was, first of all it took almost a month to even receive a tracking number which I never even heard of this tracking company, so please be careful with this company it was a lesson learn for me they got me big time and I definitely learn my lesson DON’T ORDER FROM THEM

They never shippped my order....its a whole scam

Don't trust them at all. It appears to be a scam. I've been waiting since December 9th 2025 and I have not received my order. I've written them 3 times. Finally they claimed my package was delivered January 3. 2026. Nothing at all has come in! Stay away from them!

Never received my order, they sent a non working fake tracking number. The “customer service” states it will refund me but has not. No order and no refund. DEFINITELY A SCAM. SAW THEM ON TIKTOK! Still waiting and I placed the order in November

I would give this seller 0 star if I could. They are extremely scam. They charged my credit card but never ever shipped my order and kept sent me fake delivered information but the package actually never delivery

This company is a joke, they promise you a good quality product at good price but never received it.

There wasn’t an option for no stars. I order on Nov 9 2025 and still haven’t received it. Said it was delivered Dec 15 2025 I have reached out 3 times and still no answer or product

Placed order November 22, still haven't received. I told them cancel offered a discount still didn't receive. Offered 2nd discount and then tracking said it was delivered and it wasn't. Said it arrived at 1pm, but it was 11am, I called them out on their lie and now they have gone radio silent.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Ordered 11/5/2025, and today is 12/24/2025. Reached out multiple times and no response. The “view order” portion of the email doesn’t even open up to anything. I ordered from the TIKTOP shop and yup lesson learned!

I’ve been waiting on a package for 29 days! Sent a full update on details about delivery! Only to find out that too is some sort of scam! Please be careful. Now it says package delivered ??? WHERE. I’ve learned a lesson, look up reviews before purchasing… and it was from the TicTok platform. And they allow scammers to advertise their products!
