Big in flavour, big in calorie saving, bigger in customer service
Not only is the food service great and is there flexibility in the variety of meals. It is perfectly catered towards my fitness goals. However, what has really stood out to me is the customer service, with the team being incredibly responsive to feedback and implementing it!

The best meal prep company out there
I highly recommend the meal prep from Fresh Fitness Foods. We are a busy household with two sporty, hungry teenagers and are constantly under pressure to make meals which everyone likes and to find time to make and eat them.
FFF has solved all those problems! The meals are really high quality, big enough and really tasty. There’s a great range so everyone in the house is happy.
The ordering process is really simple and deliveries are on time. I like that the packaging is recyclable too. I’ve used the customer help service a few times and they’ve been really quick to respond and super helpful.
If you’re thinking of getting a meal prep service, FFF is by far the best that I’ve found. You won’t be disappointed.

Good variety but expensive
Good variety, healthy and very good quality. However, for the portion sizes its expensive. For convenience its great. The main downside is that deliveries are often very late in the evening.

Easy to use and excellent food…
I have tried a few different recipe boxes and meal plans over the years and I can definitely recommend Fresh Fitness Food. I have been doing the “Select” plan which enables me to choose my meals for each day myself, but has loads of options (such as extra protein, low carb, or small/medium/large portion sizes) to enable me to work towards my nutritional goals - all the macros are displayed for you when you are choosing. The food is really tasty, and as described. Delivery works efficiently and so overall I’m very impressed.

It's an absolute game changer!
I had been looking for a way to maintain a healthy diet because I always ate poorly when things got busy and expensive last-minute takeaways became too frequent.
Now, with Fresh Fitness Foods, I always have a supply of healthy meals on hand. As well as feeling and looking healthier this last year on FFF, I've also noticed I am spending way less on food, which is not what I'd have imagined would happen.
Also, amazingly, I'm not tired of the dishes as they always come up with new recipes to supplement the tried and tested. I've also now switched to their 'select' plan, so I have complete control over what arrives daily, which I love.
Thank you to all the lovely peeps at FFF. Your food is superb, and your customer support is first-class!

Game changer for anyone working on their fitness
FFF recently released a new way of ordering called SELECT that let's you pick the dishes you want, in the sizes you want and order as many as you want, with recipes changing daily. It has been an absolute game changer as I can now order for myself and my partner AND make sure I order dishes I like and will have enough protein. One of my favourite dishes (Asian style meatballs) has 87g of protein AND still tastes delicious!! I don't know any other brands that offer a service like this.
It's made keeping up with my daily protein target and calorie deficit so much easier, without needing to supplement with shakes or bars. With 2 FFF meals, I can easily hit my targets and have a guilt free snack, which is not something I've had with any other meal service.
Honestly if you're trying to gain muscle, lose weight or just pay attention to your macros in any way shape or form, FFF is undoubtedly the go to in London for your food.

Incredible Meal Delivery Service
I feel lucky to have discovered Fresh Fitness Food. From the fantastic selection of dishes, to the attentive customer support, I couldn't recommend this service more!
