Amazing virtual tech support with Teje, who helped clarify some questions I had about my FreshLearn plan. Teje was professional, patient, helpful and provided the information I was looking for and made me feel heard. Always adapting and improving
Always adapting and improving is how we have experienced FreshLearn. Each time I run into a problem they attend to it reasonably fast. I had have problems with their platform not being responsive but I give 5 stars becuase they are willing to do the work to fix them.
I rarely write reviews
I rarely write reviews, but this experience has left me deeply disappointed and genuinely upset. I never intended to renew my Freshlearn subscription, yet it was automatically renewed without my awareness because their emails ended up in my spam folder. By the time I discovered them, it was too late.
What hurts the most is the complete lack of empathy in how my situation was handled. I explained clearly that I am pregnant, that this has been an emotionally and physically demanding year, and that my attention was understandably elsewhere. I had hoped for understanding or at least a human response — but instead, the company chose to prioritize revenue over compassion.
Freshlearn refused to offer any form of refund or exception, even though it was clear the renewal was an honest mistake. Their rigid approach left me feeling unheard and dismissed during a time when I already have enough on my plate.
They offered me an extra year of access, which I will probably not use, and after that I will not continue with them. This whole experience has shown me how important it is for a company to value the wellbeing and trust of their clients — something Freshlearn unfortunately failed to do.
I sincerely hope they rethink how they treat customers in vulnerable moments. No one deserves to feel this way over a simple misunderstanding.

At first it was 'seamless migration' from Teachable to Freshlearn. Sure the interface wasn't as good but at least my students were still getting the information. Two days ago I was informed by a student that all images had disappeared from my masterclass. A PHOTOGRAPHY masterclass. They do not know why they disappeared and can not get them back. I will now have to cancel and reimburse my new students. Absolute disaster. Furious.

Support has been excellent and Raghu has been exceptional with helping us get everything up and running. I left Teachable because of their total lack of support and have been very happy with the change

I can't imagine how I would have duplicated the effort made by Fresh Learn to bring my website and courses online. They transferred everything I asked for and meet the timeline for completion. The support team is always available and works hard to answer any question I have had. The website is easy to navigate, and I have already added several new courses. Clean design and features are easy to learn!
Great technical support
I experienced issues with the DNS settings to make things work on the FreshLearn platform, but I received great support from FreshLearn's end and now the whole process works smoothly. So many thanks to the FreshLearn customer support team.

DO NOT go with this company. They do not communicate when you suggest improvements. Their customer service is woeful, delayed and takes multiple times to make the same point, they just don’t understand or want to listen.
Now they have just taken money for a renewal that had no prior notice. If I had I would have cancelled before being renewed. Their customer service is refusing to refund despite originally saying they would.
Just awful. Avoid at all costs.

Really positive experience with Freshlearn - we switched to them as a course provider a couple of months ago and the support has been incredibly fast and efficient, I am very glad we made the switch.

FreshLearn- Buyer Beware
FreshLearn failed to deliver the services promised and paid for and when called to the carpet, refused to refund us. They offered an additional 60 days free, which is irrelevant as we paid for a year upfront and separately for all of our courses to be done. The migration was never completed, which we paid for costing us additional money to keep our current provider despite more than 45 days of repeated assurances. The site never made active nor anything done properly. No accurate or complete work was provided, leaving us with wasted time and disruption. This reflects serious misrepresentation and a breach of trust—we say proceed with caution and buyer beware. They’ll promise you everything and delver nothing and rather than make it right, cause you to have to fight to get your money back as they still haven’t refunded us. Awful, untruthful, and poor company to deal with in our experience.
