My kefir was fine but after a week it became quite liquid like and sour so wasn't sure what I had done. Rang to ask for help...although I did get told what was wrong I felt by the individual that I was a nuisance! He couldn't wait to get me off the phone.

Bought kefir grains. They were delivered quickly and worked perfectly - we had our first batch of kefir after about 48 hours. The kefir grains have multilied rapily since then and produced good kefir. Will use FF again if needed in future.

These grains are good quality.
They arrived fairly quickly.
The instructions that were sent with them are comprehensive and easy to understand.
If anything ever happened to my kefir grains,

Fast delivery, great packaging and excellent product.
