Delivery was perfect, I clearly understood what I was ordering, and everything turned up as expected. I have tried making Keifer and kombucha but found the whole thing too fiddly and have unfortunately given up rather quickly. Being able to get everything in one go, from the same place, in a convenient way, has meant I'm now actually making and drinking Keifer and feeling the benefits - thank you so much

I thought this an unpleasant product, very expensive for what it is. The taste is sour, with no depth of flavour as one gets with quality sauerkrauts. The shreds were cut unevenly, with some long stringy pieces difficult to eat. I certainly won't buy it again.

I ordered a Kombucha Scoby, an Alaskan sourdough starter and some stirrers. They were all super good products and I’m a very happy fermenter!

Was looking for authentic kefir and kombucha, rather than the not so great supermarket stuff, and found it here! Yipee! Be careful though, it's fizzy and sometimes needs to be opened very slowly unless you want to re-decorate your kitchen :-)

I have bought 2 different yogurt cultures from Freshly Fermented. The first one worked very well from my first attempt. Then we went to Lebanon and I learnt about their yogurt and the multiple uses it has in their cuisine, so I tried the Lebanese culture. The first batch did take nearly 24hrs to thicken, but since then has been fantastic. I use it as yogurt and to make soft cheese with herbs from our garden. The whey can be added to soups etc after cooking.

The company went above and beyond it’s call of duty to deliver my package even during the strikes. Perfect experience, and enjoying my 6th batch of skyr from my first culture. Thank you for the great product and great customer service.

Product arrived well packaged and quickly. Easy to follow instructions on the website for starting kefir grains. Live culture is going well.

Now making my own kefir, at about a third of the price of supermarket stuff and complete with way more good bacteria. All worked fine, helped by very clear instructions.

My order arrived promptly and I appreciated the clear instructions on the website fit getting my ferments going. Temperatures in our house are quite low, so it's taking a while for my kombucha to get there but I can definitely see it developing. The yogurt has been fermenting well
