Returns are at your own expense and refunds are delayed
No discount was applied oddly to my purchase which was then refunded manually but one of the items was of lower than advertised quality when received. I returned the item at my cost and a week later after their receiving the goods, I’ve received a refund.

The refund for the return was issued by us immediately upon receiving the return (this was listed as style rather than a condition issue); any delay in funds appearing was due to PayPal’s processing time. As a small business, we’re unfortunately unable to offer free returns at this time, as outlined in our policy.

Very pleased with the end result
Very pleased with the end result. It took a while to sell, as it was an unusual item. and there was a price drop (at my instigation) However the communication was very good and I'm glad you persuaded me to persevere

I had a great first experience! They gave me clear instructions and the price for my clothes was right on the money. Plus, they kept me in the loop with updates as soon as I paid. Overall, it was a solid experience and I would definitely recommend using them!

Easy from start to finish no hassle, product took a little longer as it was the Xmas period which I’ve got no problem with. Will most certainly buy again. Moncler jacket came in excellent condition as described.
