I make orders for few years from this company however my last order came with a damaged package without two products. I send them two emails and no answer.
Order #232151] (11/04/2026).
Maybe someone will reply to me here please?

The product is true to description.

I ordered the Raw Unrefined Organic Coca Butter for skin and hair which was dispatched and received pretty swiftly -

This cocoa butter is solid! with a delicate natural sweet chocolate scent.

Management; product needs to be heated gently for a softer butter texture. If you prefer oil? simply just heat the product for longer/higher temp!

Love this product, I use the cocoa butter solely on my skin and it looks and feels great very absorbent to and as stated above can be used on hair.

I highly recommend and will of course order again.

Do not use this shambles of a company!

My first & last experience using them, has been absolutely shocking.

Zero customer service, extremely unhelpful & ignorant whilst trying to rectify their blatant incompetence, when trying to rectify a very simple delivery issue that needed resolving, they just wanted to pass the buck!

My bad really for not reading the reviews for this joke company, had I done so, I would NEVER have ordered from them!

Score = Minus 100 out of 10, use them at your peril!

I had to have a product replaced, and this was done Free of charge, which I very gratefull for.

I have used fresh skin for years and agree their products are great. However I was billed twice for my order and emailed to ask what happened. No reply. I chased and received a very curt reply. I then emailed 2 days later to say their customer service had been shocking and I was very disappointed and still no refund, to which I again received a very curt we are working on it reply. I agree product is important but their customer service (which is probably now ai generated) is shocking! I won't use them again going forward.

Easy to order and arrived promptly, well packaged.

I've been buying oils from fresh skin for years and never had any problems, the items ordered are always top quality and most important is that they use royal mail to deliver so your goods arrive within a couple of days (not like some cheap couriers who take weeks to deliver) . I don't think you will get this quality cheaper anywhere else.

Had an item missing from original order, but this was rectified very quickly and all item arrived as specified.

Great quality gel, absorbs quickly, healed dry patches, leaves skin feeling soft. Previously bought 99% Aloe Vera gel from other brands but finding this Freshskin gel to be far better. Fast delivery.

Still awaiting product after two weeks.

Have been buying an EXQUISITE vetivert oil from Freshskin Beauty for some time. It is a wonderful quality. The thick deep amber, oil which Freshskin still make available is quite rare. I have been using Vetivert oil since 1981. My first bottle was bought in the Culpepper Shop in Brighton. I have not found a vetivert oil of such quality until I discovered Freshskin, they sell the very same oil. Freshskin also sell the oil at an amazingly reasonable price.
