Terrible - do not use. Lazy and have very little knowledge about customers statutory rights. Had items worth £500 stolen and Nick from Friarwood has advised 6 months after purchasing he couldn't issue a refund because "Royal mail werent helpful and the good were stolen after they were delivered" - he doesnt realise my contract is with Friarwood not Royal Mail. Reports to the trading standards and my matter is now going to a small claims court, however having checked Friarwoods accounts it seems fairly evident why they arent issuing refunds (they have no cash in the bank).

Four of us booked in to the private wine tasting at the Wimbledon branch hosted by Nick. We had a wonderful evening trying some delicious wines selected to suit our preferences and nibbles to go with it. Nick was very personable and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

Great, personalised service from start to finish! I will definitely be using these guys again. The item I wanted was out of stock so I emailed them to ask if and when more would be available. A very prompt reply sent me to an updated link allowing me to purchase what I was after. Having ordered and requested a date, this was followed by a phone call asking if an earlier date was acceptable. On the day of delivery there was a delay but a quick phone call and everythng was sorted. The wine arrived very securely and carefully packaged. Nice one Friarwood!

I had an amazing time with Frank talking about the various Grapes and years and Wineries. I wanted a selection of French white wines for the Summer and Frank took me on a wine tour. Great Knowledge, Great Customer Care, and a lot of fun. Inloved the experienced and will be defintely back.
