Like Family
I've been with Friendship for many years, almost 8 in Batesville. I've gotten to know them, seen their people come and go, and missed them when they did. I look forward to catching up with Kim and all of the ladies when I come in. I truly consider them friends. I switched to them when I became tired of being nickled and dimed to death by the bigger, national banks. Just like in modern society, I was gradually being charged more and more money for less and less service. Friendship was the fix. Old school banking with old school service and charm. They don't call them "Friendship" for nothing. Thank you Friendship State Bank. Keep up the great work. 🙂

Thankful for consistent helpful bank

What do I have to do to make the IT people understand me?
I always use the same computer. I rarely take it anywhere. I always use the same browser. And yet when I try to log in I'm regularly required to do two factor authentication (I can't say always because I haven't kept a log). And every time I have to use 2FA I check the box asking the system to trust my device. What do I have to do to make the IT people understand me?

2. Check Browser Settings: If your browser is set to clear cookies and cache automatically when you close it, this could be causing the system to forget your device. Adjusting this setting should help.
3. Other Factors: Certain updates or changes to your browser or operating system might also impact the "Remember Me" feature.
