The Frontier team are doing work at the end of our road in Crookham Park and honestly, I cannot fault them. The route for them (and all plant machines) is directly past our house and every vehicle driving past has been slow and careful (which is a very welcome change), the site is clearly marked, well fenced off and tidy. I work from home and this week has been less disruptive with Frontier working than it is on a normal week! Thank you Michael & Jarick!

I had Dan Ashley and Daniels come and rectify some snagging with both my back gate and main fence after I moved into my new build house. They were very communicative and very thorough in fixing the issues and did everything they could to make the fence durable and sturdy. They spent time making sure the fence was safe and removing any nails that could have been dangerous for my little one.

The guys are overall fab. Really communicative, really responsive and really helped us create a wonderful garden. We have used them three times now for 3 different projects including a whole garden makeover. Overall I would highly recommend as they have very skilled people involved for anything necessary!

I had a great experience with Frontier Surrey Ltd. Nicole, the Customer Care Manager, responded promptly and professionally to my concerns and quickly arranged for my lawn to be replaced.

Today, Sean and Mark came to lay the new lawn, and they did a fantastic job. They worked efficiently, kept the premises clean throughout, and took the time to explain how to care for the lawn going forward.

Nicola and her team including Ben and Liam and Phil have done a great job with my garden, putting in drainage holes, re-turfing lawn, putting edging down, patio slabs and white stones in the border and supplying me with plants, always polite, helpful and hardworking thank you Frontier for getting my garden Summer ready!

We recently had a complete front and back garden makeover. Throughout the project the Frontier team have provided excellent customer service and delivered really high quality work ! We appreciated the flexibility during the transformation and additional ideas and changes that were made in-flight to improve the overall end result. Thanks to Nicole, David and Bryan especially for being so attentive and making the process easy even though I don’t want to have to make another sausage bap anytime soon 😊 We’re delighted with our new garden and especially pleased as I can now saw goodbye to the lawnmower !

The team at Frontier who constructed our rear garden were brilliant from start to finish nothing was too much trouble. We made some design changes while the work was being undertaken and they were happy to accommodate them.

They both were incredibly polite to meet and speak too. they explained and talked about everything they was doing with a smile and care to everyone that spoke to them. I just wanted to say they are incredibly hard working and it's sad to see them gone

The whole team at Frontier Surrey were exceptional. Nicole was excellent at dealing with a slightly unclear brief, providing useful advice and helping us figure out what would work best. Simon and Marco who came to do the work were great - they were friendly, professional and worked incredibly hard to get the work done to a great standard and on time - all for a price which was extremely competitive. We couldn't be happier with the result.

Frontier carried out the work in a very proffesional way and in less time that I anticipated. I would have no hestiatation to use them agian or recommend them to a friend.

Fantastic Landscaping company from beginning to end. Over the moon with results!! Everyone was so professional and friendly, always answered my questions and queries promptly and had excellent knowledge about what would work best!

I recently purchased my first home and was shocked to discover a tree being installed on my property without my consent. I walked outside to find a worker from Frontier Surrey Ltd digging up my front garden without so much as knocking on my door to inform me.

To make matters worse, the tree—a Betula Jacquemontii—is enormous, already taller than my house, and completely unsuitable for the space. This is in stark contrast to what I was told before moving in: that any tree planted would be a small ornamental one, which I was comfortable with.

My property is built on a proactive membrane with landfill and methane gas beneath it, and I was specifically advised not to plant any deep-rooting trees due to the potential safety hazards. Despite this, the installer proceeded to dig and stake wood around the tree without any apparent knowledge of the membrane or the risks involved. When I explained the dangers and asked him to stop, he refused, claiming, "My boss told me to do it, so I have to." And ''Well it needs to go a 3rd of the tree in so''

As the property owner, I clearly told him to stop work, but he ignored me. When I asked if he was aware of the membrane and the limitations on digging depth, he admitted he had no idea. This lack of awareness is deeply concerning, as it could have caused serious damage or safety issues.

I’ve since contacted Frontier Surrey Ltd’s boss, Lewis, to raise my concerns, but his response has been dismissive and uninterested in resolving the problem. This entire experience has been deeply stressful, and I am now left with a massive, inappropriate tree on my property, and no confirmation that the membrane hasn’t been compromised.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company, as their disregard for property rights, safety protocols, and customer concerns is appalling. This has been a nightmare experience for me as a new homeowner, and I am now left to deal with the aftermath of their negligence.

An excellent landscaping company who really put your garden first. Every team we met were friendly, knowledgeable and worked to a high standard to achieve our beautiful garden. Nicole was reachable and the customer service is second to none. Even with the elements against them they kept coming back until the transformation was complete. Any issues were quickly dealt with and the whole experience was a pleasure. Thank you so much!
