Ci rattrista sapere che si è sentito deluso dal nostro supporto—prendiamo molto sul serio ogni tipo di feedback, poiché la soddisfazione dei nostri clienti è al centro del nostro impegno “Qualità di cui ti puoi fidare”. Anche i problemi isolati vengono trattati con attenzione e urgenza dal team Froothie.
Nel suo caso, uno dei nostri tecnici ha rilevato che uno dei contatti elettrici sotto la brocca potrebbe essere danneggiato. Ha suggerito di provare a ruotare leggermente la brocca sulla base—di un quarto di giro in senso orario o antiorario—poiché spesso questo aiuta a ristabilire il collegamento.
Purtroppo, dopo questa indicazione non abbiamo ricevuto ulteriori risposte da parte sua, quindi non eravamo sicuri se il problema fosse stato risolto.

Blender 9200A
Ho acquistato il blender 9200A a luglio del 2024 ma poiché ho dovuto restaurare la cucina lo sto usando soltanto adesso. Purtroppo ho un problema con la caraffa che perde liquido dalla parte inferiore, dove c'è il gruppo lame. Ho contattato l'assistenza che mi ha consigliato di inserire dei perni di ferro nei fori posti sulla ghiera al di sotto della caraffa e di fare leva con uno strumento altrettanto resistente posto in modo trasversale ai perni, il tutto correlato da foto su come fare. Inoltre avrei dovuto fare attenzione a non rovinare il gruppo lame altrimenti non sarei stata coperta dalla garanzia... Alla mia richiesta di un centro di assistenza dove poter avvalermi della garanzia senza appunto rischiare di recare danno non ricevo risposta ma soltanto un invito a fare quello che mi hanno consigliato. Ora se qualcuno è riuscito a sapere dove si trova un centro assistenza me lo può comunicare? Io sono a Roma. Grazie

Terribly difficult to clean
Terribly difficult to clean, I just juices a small amount of celery once and all the fibres got stuck in the grate, even soaked for a day and still I'm not able to clean it. Disappointed as I'm a raw vegan that relies on fresh juice as a main food source.

For the best results, we recommend using fresh, crispy celery, as softer stalks can sometimes cause fibers to get stuck. Ensuring the celery is cut into smaller pieces, 2-3 cm, can also help with cleaning and juicing efficiency.
