If I could give zero stars I would. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I have had 3 deliveries for the same order. The first was left to melt on a door step in 80 degree the weather. They have now claimed to have sent the delivery twice and neither time has it actually been delivered, I am demanding a refund at this point and am not getting a response.

Like many other customers, delivery was beyond late and did not match the quality of the photos at all. Furthermore, several adds ons such as the ballon + card were not included. To top it all off, the fruit bouquet could not even stand on its own. Truly quite embarrassing to send to someone. Managed to get a full refund but I do have my doubts if it will come through. However, I managed push back and insist I did not want another order sent but just wanted my money back. Save your time and money folks!
WARNING with this company!!!
My wife ordered our daughter a bouquet of fruit to be delivered to her office where she is a doctor. Had the address and the name of the business on the slip. It was delivered to a house on that street. They refused to send someone to pick it up and deliver it correctly. You cannot get in touch with this company and they do not seem to care about their customers. They have a FB page but you cannot seem to post on it. Do not waste your time with this company, it will only piss you off in the end.
SCAM SITE!
I thought I was ordering a fruit basket from Edible Arrangements for my parents, as my dad is currently in the ICU. I paid extra for same-day delivery and even signed up for text updates. I never received any texts or emails, not even a receipt. When the basket never showed up, I checked my bank and saw the charge came from “SharisBerries” instead. This site is a scam. They use a rip-off name to trick people into thinking they are ordering from legitimate companies. Not only did they take my money, but my parents never received the gift at a time when it mattered most. Please avoid this site—it’s misleading, predatory, and dishonest.
Do not use them
Do not, ever use their services. I placed an order for a Birthday, I paid extra for it to be delivered on time. I received an email the day of the expected delivery claiming a delivery attempt has been made. The recipient has been home all day plus has a door camera which did not capture any delivery attempts. I contacted them after receiving the email they assured me that it will be delivered on the day requested. The day has come to an end and no delivery was made. I contacted them again and all they can do is apologize. An apology does not fix a ruined birthday. Do not waste your money.

I wish I would have read these reviews before placing my order. Delivery was late, sent to the wrong address and not what I paid for. I called Customer Service 3 times during the day and they were useless. The third time they disconnected... This company has major problems ---- don't trust them with your special occasion. A complete rip off.... :-(
Fraudulent online ordering system!
Placed an order for an arrangement to be delivered to a client. The website payment system said that my credit card information was entered incorrectly, however, a charge to Shari's Berries went through to my credit card immediately -- have text and email alerts set up to notify me of any charges to my cards, so I know the charge was approved by my card issuer instantly. Called the local store, she took my name and number and said she would look for the order and call me back. I then called the 800 number for FruitBouquets.com, was placed on a lengthy hold. Finally get a representative, customer service cannot find my order and now I'm on hold again with the billing department to get a refund since they cannot find my order. Meanwhile, local store owner called me back to say she cannot find my order either. Their website payment/ordering system is completely broken -- charged my card (with a sister brand), but never returned an order confirmation or order number. This has wasted over an hour of my day so far. Not a good way to deal with the public or a business customer. As far as I'm concerned, this website is fraudulently collecting and charging customer's credit cards and not even providing an order confirmation much less any goods or services in exchange. Never again.
The site said edible arrangements…
The site said edible arrangements (another company) when I called to make sure. Said they were that co. They were not. Arrangement sent was awful. A few sparse pieces of fruit ( browned pineapple) on a bed of Kale! Very small and completely different than the picture of the arrangement I chose. My friend called saying I know you would not have ordered this. With some effort, I got a refund. The actual company I wanted, edible arrangements, said this has been happening because I went to them, at first, with the complaint.
Never delivered. Had the nerve to tell me they would do it tomorrow.
Do not use this company. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I called them several times during the day to find out when the package was going to arrive. I ordered the product early in the morning and it still wasn’t there by 3 o’clock, by 5 o’clock and by 8 o’clock. The person on the phone had the nerve to tell me they were going to deliver it tomorrow. I canceled the timely order.

Try threatening a charge back to get customer service to give you a full refund
They delivered both an incorrect and very poor quality arrangement. After reaching out to customer service, I was able to obtain a full refund, but only after asking repeatedly and threatening a chargeback. They are getting two stars because they eventually did the right thing, but it took an extensive effort to get them to do so.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. (Payment was to Sharis Berries/ same company). Needed a double fruit plate for a business grand opening. Said in order that we needed a morning delivery due to us opening a noon. Order showed up at 4:40pm. Refused to accept the order. Awaiting refund now. I will never order any of the Fruit Bouquet, 1-800-flowers, or Harry and David brands. Horrible companies!

The company has very poor responsibility for the delivery of the order. I ordered a surprise gift for my close friend for her 50th birthday, indicated her exact address and her phone number for delivery. On the appointed day, I received an email notification that the fruit cake was delivered to the addressee, but no one delivered anything?!...
I'm in shock, I paid a lot of money for delivery, this company deceived me by informing me that they delivered a gift, but they simply ruined my friend's birthday... I do not recommend the services of this company

I ordered a Fruit Bouquet 7 days in advance to be delivered Valentines Day. The order never showed up and I was never notified it was not being delivered. I called the company several times to find out where it was no response. I had to contact my Credit Card company to get a refund since one was not offered by Fruit Bouquet.
I ordered a half dozen dipped…
I ordered a half dozen dipped strawberries around noon. I received a confirmation that said the strawberries would be delivered on the same day. No delivery. No update. Nothing. I had to reach out through a chat and that was ANNOYING. They wait several minutes between each message. In think they hope you will hang up. It took over half an hour to get make them understand that I wanted a full refund. They wanted to offer me a coupon. Never again!

If I could give 0 stars, i would. Ordered cake, fruit bouquet and balloons for my sons b-day-spent $180. On the delivery day, my email said cake and fruit were delivered but balloons were to be sent a day after his b-day. It took me 1 1/2 hours to finally get a live agent on chat who cancelled them and refunded me for the balloons. I swore at that point i would never use this company again. On bday, my son said he had not received the order. This time, I thought to call 1-800-flowers instead of fighting with their virtual chat which gets you in a virtual loop and does nothing. I finally got a live person after insisting several times...who was condescending, rude, reading from script. Finally got to supervisor who could have cared less, kept blaming others and when I asked how they could send me email that said delivered, he admitted they had no proof. they do not "do" anything - they farm out your order to other companies and don't care if it ever gets done. cancelled my order and supposedly i'm getting a refund. I will get my son a different gift (but in the meantime, he had no gift on his bday!)
